Pros:

The room it's self was comfortable.the pool area was very dirty. Hard to get into and out. A stand up hot tub jets do not work. Pool very hard to get in and out. To top it off the shower also did not work. Went to this hotel for this advertised beautiful area. Breakfast was luke warm at best horrible coffee. Was given a $10.00. Tim's card as consulation for this deeply disappointing situation. Not the staffs fault. In today's economy it is not just go stay on your weekend trip and hope for the best. Again so dissapointing will not return. The company has not even reached out after complaint.

Pros:

The location was perfect for my stay, and the ambiance was very comforting.

Cons:

The property suggests a restaurant on site but was only limited to certain days and times. Although, the "breakfast serving area" was very appreciated.

Attentiveness by the front staff was great. Could improve on cleaning practices.

Lovely hotel and location. Atrium is very cool feature.

Cons:

Didn't receive any sort of bed making service or replenishment service (like the coffee machine or new towels). No sign indicating we needed to call the front desk to receive services. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner - usually there is a lotion as well. Not a big deal but a little surprising given the price.
