Nah! Not coming back even though we are members!

Location was very Good!

Cons:

Rooms were so congested! Including washrooms! Also what i dont like about the staying is we had a booking of two king size beds and we asked for the upgrade so front lady give an upgrade to the 1 king size beds with the kitchenette basically a home suite! But that was so congested and she should have advised us to stay with our current booking beca Of the bigger room!

You cannot put lipstick on a pig. This is the last time we will be staying here.
Pros:

We have been staying at this hotel almost every year for over 30 years. The main reason we stay here is because of the location nearest West Lethbridge where our relatives reside. Italian restaurant and staff were excellent.

Cons:

The room renovations are very poor to say the least. Bathroom sink had newer faucet, but looks like it had control broken off and was fixed poorly so it was loose, almost falling off. Shower had strange controls with separate levers for pressure and temperature as well as direction to wand or rain shower head. Could not get anything but warm water out of it after fiddling with controls for over 5 minutes. There was black mold in grout in shower. The safety latch on the door was almost falling off. 6 screws and all were extremely loose. Poor value for $$$. Would not recommend.

Brief but pleasant.
Pros:

I had to leave before breakfast was an option, but checkout was nice and easy. Appreciated the directions that were placed on signs, a shockingly difficult task for most places I have stayed.

Cons:

The fitness room was out of water, and felt a bit under equipped.

One of the best Hotel stays we ever had.
