Never staying at that hotel again.
Pros:

My bathroom flooded. The tap exploded and hit my daughter. A 40.00 credit was offered on a 250.00 stay. That is such poor customer service. Beyond dissappointed. Our night was ruined.

Cons:

At least have the stay refunded. Our clothes got soaked. Toiletries soaked. They knew we had a dinner reservation that we missed. Next day offered credit for Italian table. Nothing offered that night.

Perfect for a 2-Day layover... shall be returning!

...well we liked pretty much everything ~ location was excellent, except for the wind, our King room/bed was most comfortable & the pools very clean. We loved the Italian restaurant's menu, enjoying one of our best meals this year
Note ~ The staff service was exemplary throughout the facility; especially [Keira+Jacey] .

Cons:

A ramp should be provided @ rear parking-lot entrance!
