I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful.
The room, and the hotel overall, were clean and had everything I needed.
Location was great for me - close to the railway station (could walk, also tram 10), and an easy walk (or tram) to the Duomo.

Central stay with kind staff
Pros:

It is really central and the staff is really kind. The bed is comfortable too and the bathroom separated by shower and toilet. No street noise and we slept really well.

Cons:

There were just two pillows so I wish we had four instead. The room is a bit dark.

La posizione buona, centrale.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera tripla, poi per motivi di salute i miei accompagnatori non sono potuti venire ed ho avvisato l'hotel per tempo, per avere la possibilità di convertire la stanza in una singola.
Non mi hanno dato la possibilità e mi hanno fatto pagare interamente il soggiorno per tre persone. La colazione inoltre non era inclusa. Lo staff non è stato gentile né disponibile.

Die Zimmer waren sehr comfortable, ruhig und angenehm kühl.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, Make Up auftragen war also eine große Challenge. Das Frühstück war absolut überteuert. Es gab ein Tablett mit Muffin, Schokoluchen, Croissant, Zwieback, ein kleines Semmerl mit Schinken und Käse, Focaccia mit Schinken und Käse (kalt) und Johhurt. Keine Milch- bzw Joghurtalternativen. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Würde ich nicht nocheinmal dazubuchen.

Albergo molto carino
Pros:

Albergo vicino alla stazione Garibaldi, non è difficile da raggiungere. La camera è accogliente, ma leggermente bizzarra. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma devo dire che la signorina che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo è stata gentilissima, disponibile come non ho mai trovato in nessun altro albergo. La ringrazio davvero molto perché mi ha aiutato a gestire una situazione difficile. Molto gentile anche la ragazza del mattino. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per fare colazione nel bar accanto e ci ha chiamato un taxi.

La doccia ha l'accesso diretto dalla camera

Nel nostro caso non è stato necessario, ma un cuscino extra sarebbe comodo in camera. Inoltre la TV era bella grande ma i canali non avevano senso, non erano in ordine e si avevano anche 3/4 canali uguali uno dietro l'altro. Ma nulla che non si possa rimediare. La gentilezza del personale è bastata per non fare pesare questo dettaglio, che sono davvero irrilevanti.

Accogliente, moderno e ben tenuto. L'ho trovato pulito, camera delle giuste dimensioni e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto il personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Bravi
