Great stay.
Pros:

Ideal for a quick overnight stay in Milan. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. 10 minute walk to Metro station to Centro. Would stay again. We went to Tommys Bar - 2 minute walk for breakfast - thoroughly recommend and il Retrobottega to eat in the evening - very, very nice food and setting and not too expensive.

Cons:

Only that there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Not a major problem as there are a plethora of bars nearby.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly. Rooms have good functioning AC are clean and quite modern, including a big sink and shower. Conveniently located, not far from subway that can take you into the center

Cons:

There can be quite a bit of noise coming from outside if you're room is located on the street-side, in particular from the tram when it passes. Breakfast area not the most comfortable, as it only has high tables with bar stools.

Pros:

Lovely staff and close to my Italian office.

Cons:

I prefer cereals but it's a cultural thing. Aside from that I had a great stay.

Posizione, insonorizzazione, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

Cons:

Bagno, wc e lavandino sono separati. Sarebbe meglio avere almeno il lavandino all'interno del bagno dove si trova il wc ed il bidet anziché trovarselo all'interno della camera appena entri nella stanza

Dobry hotel na krótki pobyt w Mediolanie, głównie ze względu na lokalizację.
Pros:

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację - wygodny punkt wypadowy do poruszania się po Mediolanie, blisko komunikacji, restauracji i głównych miejsc w centrum. Na krótki city break sprawdza się dobrze, szczególnie jeśli większość czasu spędza się poza hotelem.

Obsługa była w porządku, zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, a ogólny standard pobytu był akceptowalny. Hotel może być dobrym wyborem na 1–2 noce, jeśli priorytetem jest lokalizacja i baza do zwiedzania miasta.

Cons:

Największym minusem był bardzo mały i mało funkcjonalny pokój. Brakowało nawet podstawowej półki lub miejsca na kosmetyki, co przy pobycie dwóch osób było niewygodne. W łazience również brakowało praktycznej przestrzeni do odkładania rzeczy. Brak szafy na rzeczy, więc nie ma możliwości rozpakowania się.

Dodatkowo woda z prysznica wylewała się poza strefę prysznicową, a odpływ nie odprowadzał jej prawidłowo, przez co korzystanie z łazienki było mało komfortowe. Minusem była też zepsuta deska sedesowa oraz bardzo małe płyny do mycia, które przy dwóch osobach są po prostu niewystarczające.

Pros:

Hotel carino e moderno in zona abbastanza centrale, abbiamo raggiunto agevolmente a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti piazza Duomo, ben servita anche dai mezzi, fermata del tram sotto l’hotel e metro non troppo distante.
Camera particolare, ha il lavandino e la doccia in camera, esterni rispetto a WC e bidet che sono in una stanza separata, io lo trovo molto comodo perché questo permette di prepararsi in due facilmente garantendo privacy a chi utilizza il WC.
Staff molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare ringrazio il ragazzo di Alghero di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome che ci ha accolto per il check in e Sofia che ci ha assistito nel check out.

Not as good as I hoped, no table or chairs in room, noise from the Tram. The hotel seems cheap
Pros:

The location is ok, near public transport. Staff were good, polite and helpful but usually just one person on reception. The breakfast looked poor, bad value and lacking variety. It also seems like there's no dishwasher and staff are washing cups by hand.

Cons:

Really noisy. Small cramped room. You have to request any extra you need from the front desk and collect it yourself. Mostly just the noise was the problem.

En väldigt fin och bra vistelse i Milano, rekommenderar starkt
Pros:

Personalen välkomnade oss utmärkt, hon berättade lite om Milano och alla andra som jobbade där var även trevliga. Det var otroligt fräscha rum med perfekt storlek och sköna sängar, badrummet var jättefint och de städade rummet fint varje dag. Det låg nära metro stationen som bara låg 1 hållplats från centralen. Jag skulle verkligen rekommendera detta ställe!

Cons:

Det finns inte mycket att klaga på förutom att frukosten kostar och inte ingick i priset men det kanske är så på många ställen.

worst experience in milan
Pros:

nothing

Cons:

1. the staff were rude. every questions I asked the responded with minimum effort even when I asked where is the bathroom they didn't even bother to indicate where it is.
2. the toilet was not clean there was hair all over the toilet seat.
3. there was not enough facilities in the room like boiler, coffee machin ect.
4. there is a bar under the hotel and it is nosy and the windows aren't soundproof, or at least some a shutter to block the noise.
5. it is not that close to the train station as indicated in the hotel page. at least 10 minutes walk.
6. it is not a 4 stars hotel, max 3. so dont raise your expectations.
7. the bathroom sink was literally inside the room with no door or anything to sepearte it as the shower area was so small.
the worst experience I have had so far in Milan.
