Genial estancia
Pros:

Todo muy bonito y limpio el recepcionista súper amable y simpático, está un poco lejos pero hay una estación de metro a 15 minutos a si que está genial.

I didn’t include breakfast in my booking so I can’t comment on that.

Cons:

When I ordered food via Delivery service which I went down and collected, while walking back in, The rude person at the reception told me I am supposed to sit down in front of him on the sofas and eat my ordered food there rather than take it up to my room and eat there . When I said it makes no sense as I’ve never been told that at any hotel I have stayed , he rudely told me it is THEIR rule and doesn’t matter what happens at other hotels. I asked him in that case to show me where it was written before in booking.com advert or in any of the emails since. He said it wasn’t and it doesn’t need to be. He said it was better for them if I didn’t eat in my room as it is easier for them to clean. After a lot of arguing I had to basically refuse flat out to accept that and I went up to my room. He rudely told me that if i don’t want to follow the rules then I can do what I want. I found this very irritating and rude.

Lovely, affordable hotel on the outskirts of Milan.
Pros:

The room was the perfect size, and the bathroom was also very nice. Fresh towels and bed linen were provided every day, which was a lovely touch. The staff were all lovely, friendly, and welcoming.

The centre of Milan was easily accessible by Metro, with the nearest station just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Cons:

The property is slightly outside the centre of Milan, but this is easily overcome. The 15-minute walk from the Metro is perfectly manageable, although it’s worth being a little more cautious when walking back after dark.
