Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience.

Before our arrival, I informed the hotel through Booking.com that we would be checking in after midnight. The hotel confirmed that this was not a problem and assured us that their reception operated 24/7.

However, when we arrived at around 2:30 AM, the receptionist claimed that there was no reservation under my name and that he was not expecting any guests. Despite showing him my prepaid Booking.com confirmation, emails, and reservation number, he repeatedly insisted that whatever appeared on my phone did not matter because he could not see it in his system.

Instead of helping to resolve the issue, he was sarcastic, dismissive, and increasingly aggressive. He even suggested that we pay an additional €160 for a room and contact Booking.com ourselves for a refund, rather than making any effort to communicate with Booking.com or investigate the problem properly.

After a long and stressful argument, and only after I repeated the reservation number multiple times, he finally found the booking under my name. Rather than apologizing for his mistake, he reacted angrily and continued speaking to us in an unprofessional manner.

The reservation had been there all along. Being forced to prove the existence of a valid prepaid booking at 2:30 in the morning after a long journey was unacceptable. This incident completely overshadowed our stay and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service and professionalism.

Pros:

Staff were amazing and very helpful, rooms were clean and once you work out public transport it was a great location to get around the city from.

Un bon hôtel pour un week-end
Pros:

L'hôtel Rex était un bon hôtel grâce au personnel et à la qualité et propreté de la chambre.
Malgré tout, deux bémols : 1. l'hôtel est bien plus loin du centre ville qu'indiqué dans la description (20-25 minutes de la station de métro la plus proche) ; 2. malgré la présence d'un parking fermé appartenant à l'hôtel, il nous a été impossible de garer notre voiture. Nous avons dû payer un parking dans la rue, en dehors de l'hôtel avec les risques possibles (il s'avère que le dimanche matin, un accident avait eu lieu à 50 mètres de notre voiture et avait percuté des voitures garées). Ces deux bémols ne doivent pas vous empêcher de croire que c'est un bon hôtel malgré tout.

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir garer ma voiture et l'arrêt de métro plus éloigné qu'indiqué sur la description.

Було все дуже чисто.

Cons:

Бронювання було с балконом. А еле заселили без нього. На зауваження що хотіли б поміняти на номер с балконом, була відповідь що всі номера с балконом вже зайняті 😐.
І будь ласка зробіть щось с телевізором, він вмикається сам о 3:00 ранку.
