Pros:

We arrived quite late in New Orleans, and the hotel was close to the airport which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good selection as well. The room also had a coffee station and fridge which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The upstairs hallway had a bit of a smell.

Pros:

Location was great, room was great, pool was awesome

Cons:

Front desk agent was very rude. Asked for pool towels and she gave us really bad stained up ones. Took them back she said they were clean, but not used in rooms. I had to insist on getting clean ones, she had negative attitude the whole time.

Convenient and quiet sleep

Cons:

I lost my diamond wedding set in the room. Wrote the manager via email what happened. Not one phone call returned. Zero contact. Told front desk I’m offering a reward. Zip. Nada. Nothing. Very disrespectful. I’m gathering that’s that. Yes, beyond upsetting after 12 years of wearing it.

Pros:

Got in early and they had a room ready for us (lucky). Free shuttle service to airport next day. Breakfast area clean, neat and well stocked. Clean and comfortable accommodations . All around pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

For the type of hotel...service was superb. Nothing I didn't like
