I would definitely use the Holiday Inn Express anytime I use the New Orleans International Airport.
Pros:

Proximity to airport was perfect. It is located on a quiet street. Check-in was simple, the room was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly. It was perfect to rest after a late night flight into Nee Orleans!

Cons:

There was nothing that I would say I didn’t like.

The first room I went in was not clean and had clothes on the bed,the second room I couldn’t get in the door

Good place for a one night stay near the airport.
Pros:

Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle much appreciated.

Cons:

Seating in the room could have been more comfortable, but for a 1 night stay it was adequate.

Pros:

Close proximity to MSY and airport shuttle…

Cons:

Small issue, but the hot water for the shower never got really warm…. Sink hot water was fine…

Convenient for an early flight
Pros:

Ten minutes or less to MSY. Clean and modern. Nothing else nearby. That’s about it.

Cons:

Good try at breakfast but nothing special. Shuttle to airport only once an hour. Boo!

Cons:

No facility for food in the evening. The neighbourhood the hotel is in also has very few options to dine out being mainly a business district.9j

We stayed one night before the airport. Very convenient location. AMAZING staff who were polite and helpful. Easy to take the shuttle. Nice pool area.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, check in was quick and smooth, beds comfy, bedding crisp and clean, room was clean and fresh, area was safe and only 3 minutes from the airport

200 dollars a night was overpriced

The facility and staff were great but there was so much commotion at night we would not recommend staying here
Pros:

It was close to the airport and had a lot of restaurants and shopping close. The staff was always friendly and accommodating and it was clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The doors and other guests were so loud at night. I don’t know what was happening but we did not sleep well at all the 2 different nights we stayed which was over a week apart. It was horrible.
