Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Mixed comments: several guests mention cleanliness positively, but at least one review reports dust, stains and generally unclean surfaces, bringing the overall cleanliness perception below average.
Service
9
Generally praised: reception staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional; a few isolated service failures (refund handling, inattentive restaurant servers) noted but outweighed by positive front-desk interactions.
Location
9.2
Strong location for transit: right by the motorway and with a shuttle to the Assago metro for Milan access. A few guests note the site is not convenient without a car, relying on the shuttle schedule.
Room Quality
8
Mostly good: spacious family rooms, comfortable beds and useful fridge; however some rooms lack true air conditioning (only air purifier), with reports of rooms remaining hot.
Amenities
7.6
Good facilities but some issues: attractive pool and free pool towels, shuttle service, minibar/fridge; downsides include limited pool hours, pool liner needing repair, occasional slow Wi‑Fi and no true AC in some rooms.
Value for Money
8.5
Generally seen as good value: multiple guests recommend the hotel and describe it positively overall, though a few service/comfort issues (refund refusal, heat) tempered perceptions for some visitors.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast widely praised as complete and copious; however evening restaurant experience received criticism for mediocre food and some inattentive servers.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall positive: many enthusiastic recommendations and satisfied guests, balanced by a minority of strong negative experiences (heat, cleanliness, shuttle timing) that prevent a higher overall score.

An hotel we like to stay at since many years
Pros:

Proximity to the motorway and easyness of access. Free parking.
Breakfast included in the formula we picked.
The restaurant inside the hotel is very commendable.

Cons:

The shower temperature was rather difficult to regulate.

Pohodový pobyt
Pros:

Snídaně byly výborné, lokalita u dálnice, ale všude blízko. Pokoje krásné, čisté, upravené s klimatizací. Hotel moc hezký, dokonce s venkovním bazénem, ten jsme nevyužili. Vařili výborně. Nebylo co vytknout.

Cons:

Nebylo co vytknout.

Pros:

Alla oli ilmainen ja hieno! Aina infosta uudet allaspyyhkeet.
Aamupala laaja sekä hyvä. Siisteydestä ekstra plussa.
Shuttle bussi toimi erinomaisesti metron ja hotellin välillä.

Cons:

Tupakkapaikka hotellin pääoven edessä. Vaikka Italiassa kahvi ja tupakointi kulttuuri on kova, voisi tupakkapaikan siirtää vähemmän käytetyn sisäänkäynnin eteen.
