Buono il mio soggiorno
Pros:

Molto silenzioso, camera comoda, letto e materasso comodi bel bagno, largo pulizia buona , comoda la navetta che porta alla prima fermata della metro. L'unico problema è che al mattino ci sono solamente due orari 8:30 o 9:30, essendo un albergo a quattro stelle secondo me le corse dovrebbero essere di più. Molto comoda la piscina.

Pros:

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, tutto. La camera pulita con letto comodo ed ampio. La colazione offre un'ampia selezione di prodotti.
La piscina, il ristorante ed il servizio navetta fino alla fermata della metro sono servizi eccezionali.
Non da meno la possibilità di parcheggiare in loco.

Cons:

un aspetto migliorabile, per chi viaggia con un bambio piccolo, è la posizione del dispenser sapone in bagno

la colazione e piscina erano perfette.
Il servizio navetta è utilissimo.
Pulizia e comfort eccezionali

Cons:

Il wifi era pessimo, la TV non si collegava e anche il PC faceva fatica a mantenere una connessione stabile.
La posizione purtroppo difficilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi

Personale cortese e disponibile, piscina pulita e di grande dimensioni, sala fitness ideale per chi ama non fermarsi neanche in vacanza, colazione abbondante.

Hotel needs to adjust its service and the attitude of its employees

Cons:

Ac not working / timer not working room switched off lights while we were inside/ wc broken / we arrived at 12.30 pm he refused to give us the room until 2.30 sharp or we have to pay early check in 50 € and I have kids with me! / same breakfast everyday
