I will never stay here or at any Baymont unless it’s for two free nights. I was there for my mothers 72nd birthday and didn’t have a room because of the rudeness

It was a very uncomfortable situation.
Pros:

Our room was not clean. I took photos if needed.

Cons:

The room was unclean. I took photos in case someone wants to see them. No parking. Large pebbles from rock gardens were all over parking lot. Which made us very nervous. We came back from an event and had to park on the other side of the hotel. People were hanging out in the parking lot sitting on cars. Smoking marjana. One couple was sitting on top of each other outside their room making out. It was very uncomfortable for me and my 12 year old daughter. We will not be back.

The worst place I ever stayed, sorry to say.
Pros:

This hotel has false advertising. It say free breakfast and all they provided was toast and cereal.

Cons:

I made a reservation and they canceled my reservation before I got there when it clearly says I can pay when I arrive. So I had to sleep on the floor and I gave the bed to my kids.

Dump Not Recommended
Pros:

This place was a total dump. We found a curly pubic hair on the roll of toilet paper, the tub had some brown sticky stuff on it, the towels were wet, literally wet. The TV had more fingerprints on it than AFIS (national fingerprint data base). When we informed management they just blew it off like it was nothing. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Just a total dump.
