Pros:
Excellent location near theme parks, shopping and dining
Clean and updated rooms (many guests)
Friendly and kind staff in most interactions
Good value for money
Family-friendly amenities: pool, kids' zone, on-site restaurant
Included breakfast appreciated
Cons:
Inconsistent housekeeping (not always daily) and occasional dirty rooms

Noise (loud doors, late arrivals) and hallway smoking smell
Occasional lapses in staff follow-up/empathy

Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Mixed reports: several guests praised that the hotel is 'clean' and 'well maintained', but there are multiple complaints about rooms being dirty, housekeeping not being done daily, and corridor/room smells from smoking — overall cleanliness is below average.
Service
8.5
Generally positive staff interactions and praise for friendly/kind staff and helpful service, but isolated issues (lack of empathy from one receptionist, no follow-up on smoking reports) reduce the score slightly.
Location
9.2
Consistently highlighted as a strong point — close to theme parks, shopping and dining, and convenient for guests; location is a clear positive across multiple reviews.
Room Quality
7.9
Many guests noted comfortable, updated rooms and good beds, but there are recurring complaints about uncomfortable pillows/beds for some, low water pressure in showers, and occasional dirty rooms — overall slightly below the target.
Amenities
7.9
Good family amenities (pool, kids' fun zone, on-site restaurant) were praised, but parking problems, chaotic buffet management and security/door access concerns lower the amenity score.
Value for Money
8.8
Several guests explicitly called out good value ('great place to stay for your dollar', 'El valor'), indicating the hotel offers solid value relative to price.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast is generally described as 'good' with many choices and appreciated as included, but repeated complaints about limited waffle machines, long waits and chaotic buffet service reduce this score.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall sentiment is positive — many guests recommend or would return and highlight cleanliness, location and family-friendly features; safety/noise incidents and a few service/cleanliness lapses slightly temper the experience.
