The location
Tiny bathroom. Amazing feat of construction to put the three necessary items in such a small space. However, I could not get into the shower because the gap in the door was so small. Also I had to reverse into the lavatory space as there was no room to turn around.
Despite the web site boasting the excellent dining rooms there was no catering at all so no where to have a drink and no breakfast.
For £200 odd a pretty poor show.

A clean hotel, with friendly staff in a great location. Great spot for local transport links. Would definitely return.
The buttons in the shower to turn it on instead of a tap. That was the only positive and truly only highlight of the stay
Location area was dodgy, especially at night. A lot of drug users in the area. Hotel had a name change, was never communicated and there for hard to find the hotel. Incompetent staff to handle anything going wrong. Dirty room, found a used bandaid on the floor. Unsafe. Plugs dont work in room and common areas. Mirror in bathroom came off the wall. No minibar in the room. Never to book again. Shame that it is 4 star hotel. Needs another major refresh.

Nettoyage et rangement de la chambre durant notre séjour. 1ere nuit tout bien. 2eme nuit, verres et tasses juste nettoyées, bouteille d'eau non remplie.
Problem checking in, no record of my booking. May be a problem at the Booking.com end, but either way it was a little frustrating. Also the hotel had been re-named, presumably recently, so why wasn't I told as part of the booking confirmation process ? Took me a bit of time to find the hotel ad a result of thos.
Clean conveient
Rooms quite small , we h add d a delay in our room being ready, check in was 3 pm but room wasn’t ready until 4.15pm which is quite a delay the reception apologised and gave us a complimentary drink and said would be something special in our room for us but there wasn’t.

Perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and large for the centre of London and had air conditioning which was very comfortable considering we went when the weather was so hot. Lovey bar area and the guy behind the bar was very friendly.
Nothing really other than we booked a twin room expecting 2 full size singles but we got a double bed and a sofa bed which was a little uncomfortable.
Clean, soft beds. Shower was the perfect size with excellent water temperature.
When we arrived for breakfast there was no one there to greet us. we didn't get the full load down of what we could order.
normally you would have a toaster on the side but we weren't told you had to ask for the toast to be done.
