Cons:

The staff in the breakfast room were hesitant to give me a small amount of fresh milk to take to my room as I do not like milk in sachets, and I wasn’t going to pay for a full breakfast when I only wanted a cup of my own loose-leaf tea. If a mini-fridge is not provided in the room then I can’t buy fresh milk myself so please can breakfast staff be a bit more generous in their attitude.

Pros:

Kahvaltı dahil olarak aldığım otel odaları ikinci günden itibaren kahvaltı dahil değil denerek kahvaltı sırasında uyarıldım. Ancak booking.com üzerinden kahvaltı dahil olarak aldım. Ben bu sorunu yaşarken resepsiyonda aynı sorunu yaşayan ve resepsiyonla tartışan iki kişi daha gördüm.

Cons:

Musluk az kalsın lavaboyu ıskalayacakmış:) Tuvaletler aşırı derecede dar, 50 kilo üstü için sıkıntılı. Bazı odaların camı açılmıyor biz oda değiştirtmek zorunda kaldık. Bir odamızın camı arkada klimaların olduğu alana kötü bir manzaraya bakmakta idi.

Great location for central London & lovely breakfast with great friendly staff,just don’t sleep on the ground floor!
Pros:

Excellent location,exceptionally clean & very friendly helpful staff!!

Cons:

We had booked a standard twin room & when we arrived at our room it was a double.My daughter & I didn’t want to make do & share so we went back to reception.
They were great in changing the room however we were on the ground floor & with only a sky light for a window.That wasn’t a big deal as we were there only to sleep really.
What unfortunately they failed to mention was that the Piccadilly line runs directly below the hotel & I felt every train rumble through all night so was shattered in the morning.It would’ve been a great stay otherwise.

Great Hotel near the Britsh Museum
Pros:

The hotel is great, the location is super convenient near the Britsh Museum and Saint Pancras station. Our room was clean, bright, really comfortable.
The staff was really nice too.
