Amazing
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious, the sheets were nice, the ac was exceptional and the mattress felt sturdy. The staff from the front desk to maintenance, cleaning staff and kitchen were all exceptionally nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the water pressure was good and hot. The place was very quiet and calm all around the property and in the rooms. Nice area with plenty of stuff nearby. Will definitely be staying again! 100% recommended!

Cons:

We had issues with the door and it wouldn’t open and we had to wait around 20 mins for maintenance but they were very nice and even allowed us a late check out so we could sleep a bit more.

Estaba cerca a la I-75. Cerca a gasolinera. El desayuno buffet estaba aceptable.

Cons:

Para un fin de semana, no habían suficientes mesas donde tomar desayuno.
El colchón que tuve en mi habitación necesitaba ser cambiado. Tenía un enorme hueco donde me echaba. Seguro fue usado x personas de mucho peso x largo tiempo.

Pros:

Customer Service, specifically Front Desk staff, was OUTSTANDING.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Bearly adequate. The least appealing that I've had in similar class of hotels.
Room comfort was sub-par. Bed pillows are flat and need replacement. Matresses slide off bed with movement. Table in room only had one chair but 2 guests were staying in room. Was expectation that one guest would use table while seated on bed???

Cons:

La relación costo/beneficio es sumamente desigual. La limpieza e instalaciones dejan mucho que desear: encontré residuos de cabello en el lavamanos y no hicieron la limpieza al día siguiente.
Es evidente que estos precios fueron alterados debido al concierto de BTS en Tampa, lo cual resulta decepcionante para un visitante por primera vez. No recomiendo quedarse en este lugar.

Pros:

Hampton Inn has always been my go-to for the most comfortable bed and relaxing environment. If the recent renovation is any indication as to what the future holds for this hotel chain, I will never return. The walls are a hideous combination of royal blue and mustard yellow with a contemporary grid-like white and gray wallpaper and the ambience is very contemporary and stark. It was not welcoming at all. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and the elevator consistently smelled like cigarettes. The bed was the biggest disappointment. It was so hard that I had to fold the extra blanket just for a bit of padding so I could manage to sleep. My husband suffered through and his hip was sore for two days where he was laying on it. I don’t normally write reviews, but as a cancer patient at Moffitt, I feel that it is important to let others know who may be patients so that they can find a place that is more comfortable and inviting. The only reason that I gave a 2 rating was the man who was at the front desk. Our reservation was mixed up through the online system and he made it right.

Great stay
Pros:

My husband is a patient of Moffitt Cancer Center and this hotel was a perfect place to stay during treatment. Quiet, clean, accommodating. Great location. Free breakfast was great. Very pleased.😊

Staff and location. Nice hotel overall.

Cons:

My room smelled like stinky feet as soon as we entered our room. Called the front desk only to be told that they weren't able to accommodate us with a different room because they didn't have any rooms available. Not to mention, we frequent that hotel, and both my mother and I are Hilton Honors Members. The room was too small, and the mattress slid off the bed while my mother was getting up.. she is older and disabled.
