Hyatt Paris Madeleine

A room with a view of the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful bonus. Bedding and room were very comfortable. Ease of taxi service and helpfulness of staff was excellent. The madeleine pastries were amazing! I wish I could have brought them home with me!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Paris.

Our arrival experience was not ideal, as our room was not ready until later than expected and there was a delay getting our luggage delivered to the room. However, the staff was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely apologetic throughout our stay, even checking in about the situation again when we departed five days later. Based on the rest of our experience, I believe this was an exception rather than the norm.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring Paris. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the complimentary welcome bottle of wine with a handwritten note, which was a nice personal touch.

Other highlights included:

* A stocked minibar with complimentary first-round beverages, including water, Coke, and apple juice
* A Nespresso machine for morning coffee
* Excellent air conditioning, which was a welcome relief after long days of sightseeing
* USB and USB-C charging ports conveniently located on both sides of the bed
* An iron and ironing board provided in the room
* Consistently good housekeeping throughout our stay

The room was on the smaller side with limited space for large suitcases, but that's fairly typical for Paris hotels and wasn't unexpected.

While the delayed room availability prevented this from being a perfect stay, the property, amenities, and service more than made up for it. Hyatt Paris Madeleine provided a comfortable home base for our Paris vacation, and I would recommend it to others looking for a boutique-style hotel experience in the city.

The hotel is beautiful and well located. The rooms are nice, small as expected for European hotels, but plenty big enough. The bathrooms are well appointed with Clarins products. The housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job and takes such pride in what they do.

The breakfast was good and did the job for a full day of sightseeing. The staff in the breakfast area was superb.

The hotel has a daily happy hour. We took advantage almost every night of our stay. It was lovely.

My only complaint is the front desk staff. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable about really anything.

Overall, I’d definitely come back and recommend to others.

The area is quiet, and the suite we stayed in was a very good size. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful — they even helped me surprise my daughter for her birthday with a cake and balloons, which made our stay extra special.

The bathrooms were large and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also loved the beautiful café area with its skylight atmosphere. Another great touch was the daily happy hour, where each guest received a free drink every day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. I especially appreciated the extra assistance provided to my mother and mother-in-law. Rafaelle, Margot, and Ana were particularly exceptional; they took the time to get to know us and provided amazing recommendations that made our stay truly memorable. This was my second stay at the Hyatt Madeline, and I am so glad I returned.

Hyatt Paris Madeleine provided a wonderful 5-star experience for my first few nights in Paris. Hotel staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quieter area, which I preferred, but very walkable to many things on my list and an easy walk to metro stations. The breakfast was lovely, the room was immaculate and I will be staying there again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine and wanted to sincerely thank the entire team for such a thoughtful and warm experience. The level of service throughout the hotel was truly excellent.

A special thank you to Anne-Sophie, who was incredibly professional and reactive at all times. Pierre, Juliette and Blandine at the front office were always so polite, welcoming and kind. Michael, the valet, was extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Raphaëlle at the restaurant dining area was lovely and attentive, and Arif made every breakfast moment very pleasant with his kindness.

A very special mention for Émilie at reception, who was exceptionally caring and warm, especially when I was unwell. Her kindness truly meant a lot to me.

Natalia is also very professional and made the stay even more memorable with her kindness.

And finally, congratulations to Chef Julien Rousseau for his excellent cuisine — every meal was outstanding.

Our stay at the Paris Madeleine was truly memorable from start to finish. The location is ideal — we found ourselves within easy walking distance of so many key areas of the city, which made exploring effortless.

A standout moment was our late lunch at La Chinoiserie, which was outstanding in every way. Our lovely waitress even reminded us that we could take advantage of the complimentary afternoon drink when we ordered another glass of wine — we were enjoying ourselves so much we didn't want to leave!

The breakfast was equally outstanding, and our room was luxurious and wonderfully comfortable. The Clarins bath amenities were a beautiful touch that added an extra layer of indulgence to our stay.

We can't wait to return!
