Location
Super friendly service. Nice place to stay and location was good for getting around. AC was excellent. Bathroom was a little tricky with tub but had handrail
We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine. It is the cutest boutique hotel with such a warm, elegant feel.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was the lounge in the evening. We stopped in for a drink and ended up deciding to stay for appetizers, dinner, and dessert because it was just so lovely. The atmosphere, service, and food made for such a relaxed and memorable evening.
Breakfast was amazing, and our room was perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special treat. The heart-shaped balloon and personal note were such thoughtful extra touches and made us feel truly celebrated.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Everything was great, location, room, breakfast , cleanliness, staff with special thanks to Nathalie Urban the general manager who made us feel personally welcomed with her warm greetings and her helpfulness. Also I would like to thank Polene for her efforts and coorperation
Great location, but tired hotel that needs a refresh. Bell staff not very present and you have to find them. Check in was warm and friendly and I could use the gym and shower facilities to freshen up as my room wasn't ready. Check out was a little less friendly and little help getting a taxi - ultimately decided to get an Uber when the "your taxi will come in 3-5 minutes" did not arrive after 15 minutes. The value is poor for 700 euros/night. Room was small and facing a courtyard. I know this is peak season, but this was disappointing for a Hyatt property.
It was our first time staying at Hyatt Paris Madeleine and it totally exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, the location was great (there's a market right next door), and the service was beyond amazing. The staff was always so helpful and attentive. We traveled with young children and they made our stay comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in Paris!
Excellent stay. We were staying during the heat wave and appreciated the cold water in the lobby and the strong AC in the room. The front desk staff was amazing - at check in while reviewing my mom’s passport they noticed it was her birthday while we were staying there. They sent a cute pastry up on her birthday with a nice note. It was a lovely gesture that was not expected at all but so appreciated.
As a lifetime Hyatt Globalist - throw the label away and start from scratch- as an American seeing Paris for the first time, this place is boutique, intimate, so well deeply seated in the heart of Paris--- and rooted in all, is the HEART OF THE STAFF. I say this, (I sound like a Woody Allen character) they helped me love Paris even more. Starting from Louis at the front door, to Angelina the "guardian" reception and concierge, to Angeliki helping with wine reception and every single person... Natalie, the GM- was ensuring not just five star, but KIND STAR. I am forever grateful. You turned this anniversary trip into a special occasion (and Mike does business here too). Thank you from the bottom of my heart Natalie. And thank you for calling Cannes. They have a lot to live up to! Oh- and the young man who recommended Girafe because he got engaged there... bravo!!!!!!! Presidential suite a BONUS!!!!! Xoxo
A room with a view of the Eiffel Tower was a wonderful bonus. Bedding and room were very comfortable. Ease of taxi service and helpfulness of staff was excellent. The madeleine pastries were amazing! I wish I could have brought them home with me!
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Paris.
Our arrival experience was not ideal, as our room was not ready until later than expected and there was a delay getting our luggage delivered to the room. However, the staff was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely apologetic throughout our stay, even checking in about the situation again when we departed five days later. Based on the rest of our experience, I believe this was an exception rather than the norm.
The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring Paris. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the complimentary welcome bottle of wine with a handwritten note, which was a nice personal touch.
Other highlights included:
* A stocked minibar with complimentary first-round beverages, including water, Coke, and apple juice
* A Nespresso machine for morning coffee
* Excellent air conditioning, which was a welcome relief after long days of sightseeing
* USB and USB-C charging ports conveniently located on both sides of the bed
* An iron and ironing board provided in the room
* Consistently good housekeeping throughout our stay
The room was on the smaller side with limited space for large suitcases, but that's fairly typical for Paris hotels and wasn't unexpected.
While the delayed room availability prevented this from being a perfect stay, the property, amenities, and service more than made up for it. Hyatt Paris Madeleine provided a comfortable home base for our Paris vacation, and I would recommend it to others looking for a boutique-style hotel experience in the city.
Konumu çok güzeldi.Rahat bir tatil zamanı geçirdik.
The hotel is beautiful and well located. The rooms are nice, small as expected for European hotels, but plenty big enough. The bathrooms are well appointed with Clarins products. The housekeeping staff does a phenomenal job and takes such pride in what they do.
The breakfast was good and did the job for a full day of sightseeing. The staff in the breakfast area was superb.
The hotel has a daily happy hour. We took advantage almost every night of our stay. It was lovely.
My only complaint is the front desk staff. They didn’t seem very knowledgeable about really anything.
Overall, I’d definitely come back and recommend to others.
