That I’d booked it instead of another motel.
I was told that my reservation would be on a higher floor and a better View I was on floor 7 and The View was over rooftop of a building and construction
It would have been better at check in if I was told I was going to be on the 7th floor and that it didn't have a nice view. It would have been great to get my breakfast vouchers that I paid for when I checked in but I had to ask for them when it was time for breakfast. The microwave that I rented and thought I had to pay extra for was beat up and it didn't heat up the food properly but they did remove that charge and also took care of my valet at checkout which made up for a few things
The staff was fantastic.Very friendly and welcoming. One day our room was not made up but the staff compensated us with some lovely surprises including a free breakfast. The pool was great. CThe room was very comfortable. Also thechotelvis a 10 minute walk from the Westfield mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping.
We were given a free breakfast, but to be honest, we wouldn't recommend buying the breakfast buffet.
I want to give a shout out to Joanna at the front desk, she is a God sent! A total sweetheart and she gave me the best service that I have experienced in all my years as a guest to hotel services with providing me undivided attention and provision of complimentary coupons for drinks and breakfast. And this compliment should not come lightly and ought to make the Hilton blush with pride! Again, she is a prime example to guest services and deserves the world for the work she does!
Fantastic hotel, a hidden gem. 15 mins from LAX, 10 mins to the beach, 10 mins to some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the rooms recently renovated and well serviced
Edin from the front desk was so kind and helpful. I heard her helping guests and for each one she was so nice. If she’s not already, I hope she’s a manager soon!
Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant food was delicious.
I got a complimentary upgrade and it was a very spacious room with a view.
The breakfast spread was not the best as they did not have any gluten-free options.
Room was fine, the problem was with check in when I was required to give them my credit card for incidentals. I paid in full on Hilton.com with credit card #1 and was told I could not use the same card for the incidentals. I gave them my ATM card (#2 for) that and they put a hold for almost the same amount as the room on that card!!!
I asked several times and the manager said they had no record of the ATM transaction!! I had to call my bank and was pretty upset to say the least.
I advise anyone staying there to be persistent and watch if they either charge or put a hold on a second card....No one has called me back ( I left messages for the Director of Operations and non return call. Again be ware with your credit card charges for incidentals.
The staff was very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable.
