Complimentary breakfast and cleanliness.
The only complaint we had was with some of the door readers not working properly. At first, we thought it was just our key card losing magnetization, but several others mentioned having the same issue, especially with the south door not unlocking. Thankfully, other doors worked, so we were still able to get in, it just made us take a different route. Overall not a huge issue, but something that may need to be looked into since multiple guests experienced it.
The size of the room was great, the water pressure in the shower was great too. There weren't any issues with noise from other patrons, and we had no issues with the room temp. The room was clean, and the restaurant area was pretty
The chlorine from the pool overtakes the whole first floor so the smell is super strong. They may want to ventilate the pool better. Also, they're strict on the check-in being at 4pm, which is fine since those are the rules, but I honestly forgot and the employee at the desk was super rude about it. I apologized, but she acted like I insulted her by being there an hour early
4pm check in was ridiculous. Only 1 check in clerk. Only 1 way in and out of the hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot nicer hotels for less money.
Size of room
The couch in the room had stains all over and the fold out bed was terrible.

Номер устаревший, вытяжка в душевой не работала, холодильник в номере работал очень громко, так что было тяжело спать. Кондиционер был ужасным, очень сильно шумел и мы мне могли им пользоваться. ВсФитнес центре был. Ломаный замок и было невозможно зайти. Замок за 2 дня так и не отремонтировали и надо было звать работника гостиницы для открытия двери. Завтрак был скучным и скудным, без элементарных вещей и это было особенно неприятно.
Bathroom and room were very clean. Loved the loud AC & nice sized mini fridge
The AC locked out at a certain number & we had a big stain on the couch in the room.
Property was old, worn. Maybe even dirty.
