היחס מהצוות היה מוזר ולא נעים. חניון גדול אך העדפנו להשתמש בחניה ברחוב, זולה יותר.

Pros:

Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kann man in ca. 10-15 min ins Zentrum laufen. Außerdem ist beim Hotel eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle, falls man nicht laufen möchte. In der Nähe desw Hotels befindet sich auch ein großes Hallenbad.

Cons:

Matrazen waren zu weich. Doppelbett hätte etwas breiter sein können,

Das sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und mitdenkende Team beim Frühstück,
aber auch die junge Dame an der Rezeption beim Check-inn.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage, die Funktionsweise ist fraglich.
Vor allem bei Außentemperaturen im Bereich von 35 Grad.

Dank der Klimaanlage
Pros:

Florentinische Temperaturen an der Elbe! Was für ein Glück, dass die Klimaanlage im mediterranen Flair eingerichteten Hotel bestens kühlt. Nicht weit die wunderbare Staatsoperette und der Hauptbahnhof, sodass diese Ziele gut erreichbar liegen. Das Zimmer ruhig, sauber und solide ausgestattet, das reichhaltige Frühstück traf unseren Geschmack.

Cons:

Erstaunlich, dass ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und am Empfang vom Frühstücksbüfett nicht mitteilen konnte, wie teuer das Frühstück sei.
Wenn man das Zentrum erkunden will, gibt es Hotels, die über eine bessere Lage verfügen.
