Es waren schöne Tage und wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder.
Pros:

Super Frühstück, alles frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Sehr guter Service und sehr freundliches Personal.
Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Wir haben es für eine Veranstaltung im Boulevardtheater genutzt. Dieses liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kommt aber auch schnell in die Altstadt von Dresden. Verkehrsverbindungen sind auch sehr gut.

Die Lage und Ausstattung war gut

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns der Preis fürs Zimmer. Wir haben für das Zimmer mit Frühstück 333€ für 2 Nächte bezahlt. Eine Woche später hätten wir für das gleiche Zimmer 227€ mit Frühstück bezahlt. Für uns nicht nachvollziehbar

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren jetzt zum 3.mal in Ihrem Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Gerade wenn man zu Veranstaltungen in der Comödie bzw. im Boulevardtheater ist. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Gute Lage zur Altstadt. Zimmer zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Personal top. Bar klasse. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Das beim Frühstücksbuffet angebotene Rührei war matschig, vermutlich aus Trockenei hergestellt. Da sollten die Mitarbeiter selber auch ein Auge drauf haben und so was gar nicht erst mit hinstellen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Wenige Meter bis zur Straßenbahn. Tiefgarage war groß. Zimmer sauber und hübsch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Rundum ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Ich hätte eine Dusche einer Wanne vorgezogen.

Вартість проживання взагалі не відповідає зручностям.

Номер був дуже чистий

Cons:

Невеликий грибок у ванній, відсутність таких зручностей як чайник і чай з чашками. Була тільки одна бутилка води в то газована, я наприклад не пью газовану, тому було розчарування. Відношення персоналу рецепції. Комунікація жахлива писала до помешкання маючи прохання щодо кімнати відповіді не було. При заселені прохання дати кімнату з гарним відом із вікна отримали номер з вікном на дорогу, беручи під увагу що вони мають гарний сад і внутрішній двір очікувала що прохання буде виконано, бо писала про це задовго до дня заїзду. При заселенні не попередили що мушу сплати міський податок 5,28 євро, повідомили про це тільки при виїзді, хоча бронювання включало всі оплати і податки , а помешкання автоматично стягнуло тільки за кімнату суму з рахунку про що ні сам Booking ні готель ніде не попереджують що можлива така ситуація. Загалом проживанням не задоволена. До моїх прохань віднеслись халатно, в номері не могла навіть випити чаю бо не було нічого щоб це зробити в при виселені ще попросили грошей, хоча я була впевнена що вся сума сплачена мною автоматично що було написано в моєму бронюванні. Це був день річниці шлюбу і нажаль був зіпсований перебуванням в цьому готелі.
