It was convenient to the interstate and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating
The rooms smelled like mildew even after switching from the first floor to the third the room still smelled so I just opened the window and let it are out some. The beds were not comfortable and appeared to be very old. The doors were not very secure and the lock didn’t work

Everything, I didn’t even stay the night.
It was comfortable. The bed was excellent. Also had a love seat which was nice for putting my luggage on or just sitting down to sort things out. It was close to the west side of town if you’re staying in that area but is more of a drive if you want to be downtown most of the time.
It’s proximity to I-430. You can hear the traffic in your room. They have no usb ports in the room to charge your phone.
Staff were nice. Room was clean.

Not enough towels. We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping was given them out like they were very limited. Day 2 asked for more towels housekeeping would not leave my room until I gave her the used ones.

Good place to overnight, not too far from Pinnacle mountain.
It was very clean. The front desk check in went very smooth and they were friendly. They always spoke to us when we arrived and departed.
The housekeeping staff weren’t too friendly. They had issues with wash cloths and towels. I asked for more towels on the second day of staying. It was my granddaughter and I in a room for two days. The housekeeper brought me 1 big towel and 1 face towel and made sure I gave her the dirty towels before leaving my room.
