Excellent value for money in a city where hotels are very exxy
Pros:

Fantastic staff - very friendly & helpful.
Big shout out to Geoffrey who suggested Breka bakery (for breakfast) which was excellent & with great coffee

Cons:

Given that the property is probably 3 star, it represents excellent value in a city where hotel prices are sky high.
The downside is the area - no fault of the hotel but turn left on Granville St & things rapidly improve block by block

Extremely disappointed in product vs price.
Pros:

Location was near port and walking distance to food, drug store, and 24-hour mini market store. I did not use but liked that there was vending and laundry in the building. I did not use but liked having liquid shampoo, condition, body wash, and lotion dispenser in bathroom. I liked having a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

The price vs product and services did NOT meet my expectations. Super low quality linens, towels, and bed. Shower curtain rod was broken so water leaked all over floor. Bathroom fan, which came on automatically with the light was very noisy so I would attempt to use bathroom at night without the light on. Toilet and sink seemed very low in height. Air conditioning unit was very loud so I couldn’t leave on while sleeping. Difficulty in locating room because building was maze-like. Room was very small for cost. When looking out window you could see the hotel exterior was covered with wavy metal sheets like a trailer home making me feel I was in a low quality metal box. Staff offered a discount on a future visit, but I will NOT stay here again. I paid a little over $500 CAD at end of peak cruising season, mid-September. I would consider this hotel satisfactory if price matched product.

Downtown location- easy to get to shops
Very nice staff

Cons:

There is a night club right beside the front doors of the hotel and our original room (level 2) was located essentially above it. The noise was awful from 11p-230am. The staff did move us to (level 5) for the next evening and was better but the noise from the club was still heard

Pros:

The location was convenient, and close to Granville Market, and to the False Creek water taxis. Joey at reception was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was tiny, and very expensive compared to what we are used to. With the amount we paid, we expected a much bigger room.

Gross. Don't stay here unless you like sharing a room with roaches. (I'm being 100% serious)
Pros:

I guess the proximity to Granville island was good but thats it

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room and how it was treated - very non-chalantly. We didn't end up staying overnight because they offered to spray the room or move rooms (we knew we'd probably see more roaches there).

Достаточно чисто, быстрое размещение, до назначенного времени в условиях проживания. Большое количество белоснежных полотенец, отличного качества))

Room was clean with comfortable bed

Cons:

Advertised as having Resturant for breakfast lunch and dinner along with Bar and Gym. None existed. Loud nightclub below rooms. Homeless and drug use immediately outside front entrance
