Pros:

Nothing, it shouldn’t be allowed to be open

Cons:

No AC, dirty. Tv and some lights didn’t even work.

A good place to overnight while passing through on public transport.
Pros:

The inn is located very close to the Amtrak Jack London Square station and an easy walk to the Oakland center BART station. We chose it primarily for its location as an overnight close to public transport. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The facilities are showing their age and while functional are not up to a long stay. Also the location, while having the advantage of being close to public transport, suffers from noise from train horns at all hours as all trains pass within about 300 yards of the building - note that this is not a criticism of the facility but something that prospective clients should be aware of.

Prostitutes.we left after 1 night...and only stayed that first night because we had no place to go.

For a few extra $ rent a better hotel nearby
Pros:

Location and parking.

Cons:

The parking lot needed sweeping. The hallways needed vacuuming and fresh paint. The bathroom light switch needs repair. The breakfast was messy & poor. The coffeemaker needs cleaning. Shady characters hanging around the parking area.

Surprising
Pros:

Every front desk worker was very polite & so were the housekeepers/cleaning ladies.

Cons:

I got a handicapped room (410). I don't remember if it was on the information when I booked it.
But if it's a handicapped shouldn't there be a chair in the shower? & why didn't it have a air-conditioned? Only the black air-conditioned worked pretty well.
The curtains had white stains could be food, vomit, or sperm. & they had a hole on it.
We did find a roach.
If you don't want the rooms & hotel to smell like cigarettes/tobacco ask the guest to do it outside of the garage.

Thank goodness it was only 2 nights
Pros:

There were 2 beds at least.

Cons:

Staff at desk were swearing (mainly the female). Room, hallway and lobby smelled of smoke and weed. Prostitutes/ druggies everywhere. The room I booked said it would have 2 bathroom- didn’t get that. Outlets didn’t work. Shower didn’t work properly. No A/C. Most outlets didn’t works. Keycard kept malfunctioning. Lamp didn’t work. Room lights stopped working. Staff took too long to check people in. Lobby was full of people.

Cons:

Roaches in the bathroom, outlet for the ac was burnt so was the plug. Poop smear on the ceiling, did not get a king sized bed, burn marks on the counters and a horrible smell in the room and hallways. Very rude person at desk Johannes . This was the worst experience of my life. My girlfriend left me the next day and never spoke to me again. I need a refund immediately.
