Pros:

Расположение приемлимое если взять в аренду байк.
Завтрак готовили каждый день разный.
Номер достаточного размера для одного. Blackout-шторы - большой плюс.
Довольно тихое место, но утром есть шум от дороги.
Есть маленьккий бассейн.
Отличный и приветливый персонал, который всегда помогал.

Cons:

Если нет байка, то ходить пешком далековато до пляжа\кафе и пр.
Нельзя выбрать, что именно будешь есть на завтрак и его начало в 9 утра.

ИСКРЕННЕ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ
Pros:

Первое положительное впечатление оказалась обманчивым. При всей улыбчивости хозяйки , она оказалась ОЧЕНЬ непорядочным ( нечестным) человеком.

Cons:

Соглашаясь на этот вариант , вы должны знать, что у вас будет:
*уставшая сантехника
*муравьи в комнате, гикон тоже по стенам бегал
* синтетическое старое постельное белье
* очень жесткая кровать
* старые , очень уставшие полотенца
*уборки в комнате не будет пока вы не уедите
*мусорные ведра тоже будут полными и ждать вашего отъезда
* кстати, у велосипедистов тормоза отсутствуют, если вы решите их взять . Имейте это ввиду
*туалетную бумагу хозяйка несла 2 дня 🤭, но безуспешно
Короче, искренне НЕ советую. Не портите себе отдых, выбирая этот место для отдыха.

Pasando una carretera está la playa, zona tranquila con una pequeña piscina en la entrada. La habitación estaba limpia y la familia muy amable. Nos ayudó en el alquiler de las motos

Pros:

Нам не понравилось море, грязное и холодное, цена за отель очень завышена, дворовой территории нет, на улице тоже нет где погулять 🤷‍♀️ Номера хорошие, чистые, больше плюсов нет. Ценник высокий, в итоге мы прожив там сутки уехали оттуда 🤕

Cons:

Высокая цена, нет территории, негде погулять, море ужасное.

Завтрак -это одна французская булочка, 2 яйца, сок и немного фруктов, всё.

Очень жёсткие кровать и за 3 дня ни разу не меняли полотенца и не убирались.

Pros:

La amabilidad de los dueños! Es un alojamiento familiar. Nuestra estadía fue increíble, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos prestaron la bicis para recorrer el lugar, usamos el servicio de laundry de ellos y además su hijo nos llevo a la estación de tren o a la ciudad por un precio más económico que Grab. Bim y Bam, los perritos del lugar se llevaron mi corazón! El lugar tiene todo lo que necesitas, es cómodo y limpio. Tiene desayuno! Nos quedamos 4 noches y lo super recomiendo

המיטה קשה קרש. התרנגולות מקרקרות השקמה ב 4:30 קוקוריקו. צינור מקלחת לא תקין

Очень уютный homestay, очень понравилось проживание, вкусные завтраки и очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная хозяйка, всегда помогала с любыми вопросами!В номере есть все необходимое для проживания, по просьбе меняли полотенца и делали уборку номера, есть велосипеды, которые можно брать и кататься до пляжа или рисовых полей!Нам очень понравилось, вернулись бы еще)

Close to the sea, really nice breakfast, friendly and kind hosts, two very cute fluffy dogs, very quiet at night.

The pool is quite small but it’s by the beach so I didn’t care.

Friendly and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The owner was super friendly, the location was great. Next to a beach that is quieter than An Bang. Next to some good restaurants like Broccoli.

Cons:

People sit right outside your room door and chat very loudly and there is no sound proofing. Makes it hard to relax and sleep.
The beds are very firm, I don't mind too much but it has be a little uncomfortable.

Do not use the woman the owner recommends for activities/tours. My tour was a scam and she did not refund me when they ended half way through without completing all the activities I paid for. Her name was Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hòa.

Very nice guest house
Pros:

The place is charming simple clean and the host very nice and very helpful. My first room was a little small but after few days I asked to move to a bigger one. And It was very nice. I stayed there for one month and a half. Hoi An is at 5 km from the guesthouse, with Grab taxi it was easy to go in town.

Cons:

At the beginning I thought Hoi An was at 2,5 km from the guest house but it was not the case. (5km)
The beach was not easy because we have to cross a large road to acceed there. For young people it is ok but I am 82 years old. But I enjoyed the place nevertheless.

Pros:

Cykelavstånd till både stränder och Old Town. Cyklar lånar man gratis på boendet. Underbara risfält i området! Ett jättemysigt ställe med mat och kaffe finns ca 50 min från boendet.

Cons:

Min säng var otroligt hård och stum.

Z dala od centrum, blisko morza
Pros:

Sympatyczni gospodarze. Dostępne, darmowe rowery, jest ciepła woda, internet, czajnik elektryczny. Blisko do morza i plaży. Na terenie są miłe, słodkie, cudowne i spokojne pieski.

Cons:

Mało prywatności, mały pokój. Basen jest bardzo mały, brudna woda, nie nadaje się do użytku. Duża wilgoć, brak sprzątania, brakuje wymiany ręczników. Ten ogród to tylko kilka doniczek z kwiatkami. Daleko do centrum. Blisko głównej, ruchliwej drogi.
