ottima posizione e comodo parcheggio in loco, staff gentile

Mein Heileit, es wird Persönlich auf den Gast eingegangen.
Sogar der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, wenn Frei wird mit dem eigenen Namen an der wand beschriftet.

Pros:

The breakfast had everything you'd expect, which was pretty good. There's a grocery store across the street where you can buy some snacks. It's also not far to catch a mountain cable or go to the waterfront, which is convenient.

Una giornata a Lugano
Pros:

Personale gentile e competente. Colazione varia abbondante . Posizione e parcheggio. La presenza di bibite e acqua gratuita ,una gentilezza molto gradita .

Cons:

Stanze molto datate tappezzeria macchiata e rovinata , spugne del bagno usurate ,con un bagno da ristrutturare, il wc si trova vicinissimo al marmo del lavabo , la vasca con un vetro installato per poter ricavare una doccia scomoda con un doccino minuscolo . La pulizia della stanza non e al massimo .
Andrebbe insonorizzata ,la vicinanza della strada si sente parecchio .

Amazing stay, friendly staff, highly recommend
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights with a toddler and a baby and the staff were accommodating and friendly.
Definitely staying at this hotel again when visiting Lugano

Very nice, wish we had more time to stay in Lugano
Pros:

Room with a balcony was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Upon check in, a staff member offered help with our luggage and helped my friend with the parking which was a little difficult

Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Spezielles Ambiente. Der Garten/ Umschwung ist sehr schön. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Bett. Toller Ausblick vom Balkon.

Der Duft im Hotel. Es gibt viele Duftflaschen. Allerdings reagiere ich sensibel auf starke Düfte.

ארוחת בוקר טובה,מיטות נוחות,צוות בסדר.

חיפשתי בבוקינג חדר עם מזגן,אבל מתברר שלא מפעילים מזגן באוקטובר,למרות שבאמצע היום מאוד חם.אז החליפו לנו חדר לחדר יותר מאוורר,פינתי.הסברתי להם שמזגן מפעילים שחם,לא לפי תאריך.בחדר המשודרג מכסה השרותים היה שבור.בכניסה הראשית למלון היו חסרות בלטות והיה ממש מסוכן...אמרו שזה ידוע ומטפלים.
