Ich habe beim Buchen gedacht, einmal können wir uns ja ein solch teures leisten. Das Hotel ist tatsächlich gut und schön

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Sehr teuer, kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer, keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer (defekt), beim Personal musste alles erfragt werden: Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet konnte erst bestellt werden, als wir mit dem Frühstück schon fast fertig waren - an der Bar hatte der Barkeeper viel zu tun mit plaudern, Gäste bedienen kam erst an zweiter Stelle, auf das ÖV-Angebot Ticino Pass wurde bisher in allen Hotels sofort aufmerksam gemacht, in diesem Hotel nicht.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner in the main restaurant. The second restaurant, where we had one evening meal, appears to be to a slightly lesser standard , and was disappointing.

The desk staff were very helpful with advice and provided Ticino free travel vouchers,which enable easy free travel on bus and train.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, weil wir auf der Durchreise waren. Es hat alles gepasst.

Great location. I would highly recommend this hotel for families or older people.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff. Free minibar restocked daily! Little chocolates left each evening by room service 💕 So many great things about staying here. Fabulous breakfast and choice of two restaurants 🥂

Highly recommended for Lugano.
Pros:

The staff, the location, the parking space and the facilities. It was a real 4 star hotel.

Cons:

Not possible to have iron in the room. This wasn’t convenient as had to go the iron room.
