Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Bushaltestelle und Seepromenade in der Nähe. Kostenloser grosser Parkplatz.
Zimmer sehr sauber und kostenlose Minibar, welche jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Poolbereich war bei der Wärme 33 Grad zu geniessen nach einem Ausflug.
Würden das Hotel wieder buchen und es weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Haben nichts zu reklamieren.

Agréable dans un hôtel confortable, avec un service attentif et une excellente expérience culinaire
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, calme et très confortable. Le personnel s’est montré accueillant, attentif et particulièrement sympathique tout au long du séjour.

L’hôtel propose deux restaurants de qualité, chacun avec une ambiance distincte : une pizzeria au style soigné et haut de gamme, ainsi qu’un restaurant gastronomique (Neptune). L’expérience culinaire globale est excellente.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est également très satisfaisant, avec une sélection de produits bien pensée. L’offre privilégie la qualité à la quantité, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

Il s’agit d’un établissement où je séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir.

Un séjour correct, je reviendrai surement dans cet hôtel pour une prochaine visite dans la région.
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé au centre, presque toutes les visites se font à pied ou en bus, la chambre était nettoyé quotidiennement, le petit déjeuner était correct. Le buffet était assez varié et le personnel très attentifs. Le cadeau de bienvenu laissé dans la chambre à notre arrivée a fait son effet.

Cons:

L'emplacement de notre chambre n'était pas top, nous étions au fond d'un couloir et aucune vue. Nous aurions voulue avoir une chambre dans un étage plus haut afin de profiter de la vue depuis l'hôtel.

Absolutely Fabulous - can't wait to visit again

Omg the hotel was amazing. So handy to the bus stop. Literally 10 mins by bus from the train station. The staff at reception were lovely.
Our room was absolutely fabulous, omg the view was absolutely amazing and the mini bar was a treat. They literally went above and beyond for us, we were celebrating our anniversary. The contential breakfast was also lovely and the staff were lovely.
Funicular is a five minute walk from the hotel as it's the lake. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lugano.
