Great get away with friend's
Pros:

The rooms were clean, and comfortable. It had a microwave and small fridge, and a nice ocean view. It was a very easy check inn and check out. Staff was very polite and helpful. Communication between Kasa was excellent, they responded very quick. The location was also great, it is 6min drive to a bunch of great shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean, they even offer towels. The only thing we couldn't enjoy the beach cause there was a lot of seaweed and a lot of waves, but the that not the hotels fault, just the time of the yr. I would recommend staying.

I pay double for their lack of information and unwillingness to assist with our reservation

Tha lack of service and customer support was terrible! The made me booked an additional day when the hotel had the availability for extending our original reservation! It was very frustrating as I paid double the amount for a new reservation! I will not recommend this hotel

Self check in was not working on my phone. Staff did help but there was also a language barrier. I never saw anyone at the front desk desk and the virtual experience was not for me. I was also disappointed that I had to pay $30 for valet and forced to use them. The restaurant was only open dor breakfast and didn’t open until 8:30. There was not even a vending machine. I used the fitness room and there were no towels!!

Super clean, very comfy bad, nice balcony, big room, good coffee and breakfast, and easy room access without having to worry about carrying around a room key.
