Cleanliness
5.8
Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: dirty floors, stains on walls and sheets, dusty rooms and general comments that cleaning is 'not top'.
Service
8.9
Staff repeatedly described as welcoming, helpful and available (free shuttle, 24/7 reception); a few mentions of an unfriendly receptionist or slow check-in moment.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised for proximity to Milan Linate, with a free shuttle — repeatedly noted as ideal for early flights or transit stays.
Room Quality
7.6
Beds and rooms often called comfortable; some issues noted (dated bathroom, slow/old AC for some guests, at least one leaking shower).
Amenities
8.5
Good amenities mentioned: pool, generous breakfast buffet, free water dispenser in corridor and shuttle service; some problems with pool loungers being 'reserved'.
Value for Money
7.8
Seen as good value for a short airport stop or overnight; however restaurant prices and some condition issues tempered value perceptions.
Food and Beverage
7.4
Breakfast is praised as extensive, but the hotel restaurant received several negative comments (mediocre and pricey; one review gave it a 6).
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall positive for the hotel's primary purpose (airport transit): friendly staff, shuttle, pool and comfortable beds are highlights despite recurrent cleanliness issues — suitable choice for a quick stay or early flights.

Pros:

Gute Einrichtung, extrem moderne Pool Area, super leckeres Frühstück

Cons:
