Friendly staff, but disappointing room comfort and value for money.
Pros:

The reception staff were professional during check-in, even though it did take more than I hoped. I particularly appreciated the kindness of the lady working at breakfast. When I requested lactose-free milk, she thoughtfully brought me lactose-free yoghurt as well, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture.

The electric kettle in the room was exceptionally clean, with no visible limescale, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The room was small, cold, and slightly musty upon arrival, with an uninspiring courtyard view. The shower head could not be properly secured and fell onto the floor, spraying water around the bathroom and forcing me to hold it while showering.

One of the two water bottles provided was already empty. Only a few tea bags were available, with no coffee or other refreshments. Breakfast offered a rather limited selection, with no honey or readily available lactose-free options.

The hotel also lacked additional facilities such as a spa, swimming pool, or gym.

Overall, I expected better comfort, maintenance, and amenities from a hotel in this category.

Výborná kvalita za dobrou cenu
Pros:

Hotel je velký, pokoje prostorné, koupelna plně vybavená. K dispozici lednička, minibar, župan, pantofle, varná konvice, čaj i káva. Rychlé výtahy, výborná bohatá snídaně. Stanice metra hned u hotelu.

Cons:

Před domem probíhá velká stavební činnost. Od brzkého rána bylo trochu hlučno.

Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν άριστο είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο κέντρο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση στο μετρό για να επισκεφτούμε τα αξιοθέατα της Βιέννης.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο μύριζε άσχημα από το μπάνιο και παρόλο που κλείναμε την πόρτα του μπάνιου συνέχιζε να μυρίζει.
Το air-condition έκανε πολύ θόρυβο ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικό κατά την διάρκεια της νύχτας, ζητήσαμε να το κλείσουν το επόμενο βράδυ για να κοιμηθούμε.
Χρειάζεται να γίνουν βελτιώσεις.

Credo che ci ritorneremo 😃
Pros:

Hotel estremamente confortevole e pulito, colazione con frutta e prodotti freschi ogni giorno. Molto silenzioso, TV con canali RAI. Reception con molto personale gentile. Bar per aperitivo e dopo cena aperto fino all’una di notte.

Cons:

La colazione è abbondante per chi preferisce mangiare salato ma c’è poca scelta per i dolci

Sympathisches Großhotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem P/L-Verhältnis
Pros:

Als Gruppenreise- und Seminarhotel hat das Großhotel einen persönlichen Charakter und ein sehr gutes P/L-Verhältnis.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und professionell.
Frühstück und Hotelbar sind ebenfalls auf gutem Niveau.
