Gutes 4-Sterne Hotel, Rezeption professionell, geräumige Tiefgarage, recht zentrale Lge

Cons:

Zimmergröße bei Einzelzimmer ist sehr mickrig, durch die recht zentrale Lage ist es von der Straße her in der Nacht ziemlich laut, d.h., bei geöffnetem Fenster kann man schwer schlafen. Durch die kleine Zimmergröße steht entsprechend die Luft im Zimmer.

What started out as a poor experience where we were not comfortable turned out just fine in the long run.
Pros:

Great property and location next to the subway and close to the Stephenplatz,

Cons:

We had a real problem with the air conditioning in our room. The thermostat didn’t work and after 3 repeated attempts o get someone to fix it, the last person I went to see was exceptional. Paula Penetsdorfer was the front desk person in charge and when she heard our story she immediately made it right and moved us into a better room on the Executive floor. No questions asked; apologized profusely. What a true professional who demonstrated care and attention. Can’t say enough great things about Paula!

Posizione ottima, resto sufficiente.
Pros:

Posizione fuori dal centro storico ma sopra la metro, molto comoda. Ottimo il prezzo.

Cons:

Formiche in bagno. Cambio salviette fatto solo una volta in tre giorni. Aria condizionata costante senza possibilità di spegnerla, abbiamo dovuto insistere e hanno mandato un tecnico a scollegare i cavi del condizionatore in camera. Come in molti hotel all'estero la colazione aveva dei prezzi folli. Nonostante avessimo richiesto un letto matrimoniale più un singolo ci siamo ritrovati con tre singoli.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. En general muy silencioso (se agradece que las puertas cierren sin dar portazo). La atención muy buena, y tienen para guardar las maletas todo el tiempo que se necesite.

Cons:

Como únicas pegas, las camas son un poco antiguas. Y, aunque es externo al hotel, el ruido de las obras que hay justo enfrente...
