Encantados con el hotel, repetiremos
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo en La Romana, pero en todo el hotel hay personal con una sonrisa y disposición para hacer que tu estancia sea de lo mejor

La habitación.
Fácil aparcamiento.

Cons:

La ubicación. Está aislado y si vas a pie hay que cruzar una pasarela sobre cuatro carriles para llegar a una zona donde pasa el bus urbano para ir al centro.

Estancia agradable
Pros:

Habitación amplia, buena ubicación, personal de cafetería estupendo, personal de recepción también excepto un chico joven que carecía de paciencia. La piscina, un 10.

Cons:

Al llegar el baño olía a pis, el segundo día nos lo han limpiado bien. Mosquitos muy pequeños en el techo, lo solucionamos con un espray de Aldi que está al lado. Me había gustado dos sillas pequeñas y una mesita en la terraza.

Pros:

La atención del personal. Las instalaciones con piscina y spa. Cerca de un supermercado DIA.
Buffet del desayuno amplio y completo. La habitación amplia y muy luminosa.

Cons:

La limpieza. El hotel necesita una limpieza a fondo. Las paredes de nuestra habitación estaban sucias sucias. El suelo del baño estaba agrietado.
