The room was ok

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful. There was 4 flights of stairs from car park to hotel, and 4 flights up to leave. BREAKFAST was chaotic and not very tasty.

Ubicación perfecta para turismo y para Puy du Fou
Pros:

Excelente ubicación tanto para ir a hacer turismo por Toledo como para visitar Puy du Fou. Las instalaciones y el desayuno fueron geniales.

El tamaño de la habitación estaba genial (mucho más grande de lo habitual). Tenía una terraza con vistas a la ciudad y se agradece el parking. Está a 10min en coche del centro, por lo que no es mala opción para alojarse, también a 15 minutos de Puy du Fou.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien, pero el espacio de desayuno no es demasiado grande para lo grande que es el hotel. Coincidimos con un grupo grande y tuvimos que esperar como 15-20 min para poder desayunar. Con la de huecos que hay disponibles, quizás se podría organizar de otra manera.

Aparcamiento y ubicación.

Cons:

El hotel necesita una reforma, especialmente las habitaciones. Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en las habitaciones de alrededor. Tiene mal aislamiento. En cuanto a los colchones y las almohadas son muy incómodos.

La cafetería estaba ocupada por varias comuniones,por lo que nada de servicio en cafetería solicité unos bocadillos y nada cómo mucho sanguich y caros

Habitación muy amplia y camas cómodas. Pedimos cuando hicimos la reserva, dobles almohadas por escrito y cuando llegamos a la habitación estaban puestas (tenemos la experiencia de otros hoteles que cuando llegamos no están y tenemos que pedirlas en recepción y hasta que las traen pues pasa un cierto tiempo).
Hotel con perfecta ubicación para ir al Puy du Fou en coche, ya que no tienes que entrar a Toledo y tiene un gran aparcamiento exterior gratuito.

Cons:

Por decir algo, entre el escritorio y un banco (abría unos 20 céntimos) se nos cayeron unos calcetines negros y al recogerlos estaban llenos de polvillo. Imagino que es normal ya que es un huequito y es de difícil acceso cuando hacen las habitaciones, ya que el resto de la habitación estaba limpísima, por eso nos extrañó ese detalle.
