Great vibe
Pros:

Quick walk to Kauffman Center. Urban-eclectic vibe. Best pancakes I've ever had. Super comfy bed. Very clean. Hot tub/pool is always full of kids though.

5 Minuten zu Fuß in die „Ausgehmeile“, Parkkosten wurden uns erlassen, haben ein Upgrade auf Blick in die Stadt bekommen, Check in schnell und sehr freundlich, gratis Wasser und Kaffee im Zimmer, Pool sauber, Dachterrasse wegen Hitze nicht genutzt, Essen und Getränke im Hotel top, kleiner Shop direkt im Hotel

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Weight room was excellent. Bed was absolutely perfect. Very nice toiletries and robes. Lobby was large and very accommodating. Location was convenient. Bar/terrace on the 7th floor was cute.

Cons:

Room would have been perfect but for two things. First, the sliding door to the bathroom was not functioning properly (couldn't close it) upon our arrival. That means no one checked the room thoroughly before we arrive. Had to waste time waiting for someone to come fix it. Second, the bathroom seemed to emphasize style (and it was very stylish) over function. Function always needs to come first.

Schönes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage !
Pros:

Tolle Lage und superfreundliches Personal. Das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Coffee Shop im Hotel ist wirklich toll, es werden Snacks, eine große Auswahl an Getränken als auch ein ausgezeichneter Kaffee angeboten.

Cons:

In der Bar (die wirklich super schön und groß ist) war es IMMER eiskalt. Es ist angenehm, bei einer hohen Außentemperatur in ein gekühltes Hotel zu kommen, aber diese Temperatur war wirklich viel zu kalt und im Hochsommer ohne Jacke oder Pullover nicht zu ertragen.
