Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service—we would gladly stay here again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the Tivoli and central station, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee available throughout the day and the tasty breakfast selection.

The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was available whenever needed, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to the city.

Merkezde olması turistik yerlere yakın olması ve metro ve trenlere yakın olması
Tesisin içinde su ikramı çay ve kahvenin gün boyu olması
Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması

Cons:

Bizi ilk başta geniş ama balık kokan bir odaya vermişlerdi. Sonra bu durumu iletince başka bir odaya verdiler. Fakat iki kişi olmamıza rağmen odada tek yatak vardı. Odanın duş kısmı üçgen şeklinde küçücüktü bir insanın rahat yıkanması asla mümkün değildi.

Staff are super friendly and helpful and overall it’s a really pleasant stay. Just need to enhance your room amenities.
Pros:

The location was excellent and breakfast was good. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

It didn’t have kettle in all rooms and shampoo and body wash was a 2-in-1. The floors and walls are also rather thin. The central air ventilation was working sometimes and not. And no smart tv.

Cons:
