Cons:

L'emprunte de carte de 200€ alors que j'ai payé par booking. C'est très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing, et donne le sentiment qu'on ne nous fait pas confiance. Même si je peux comprendre que certains clients peuvent tricher, ce n'est pas une raison pour le faire ressentir aux autres. C'est nul.

Lovely hotel we will stay in these hotels again
Pros:

The barman was excellent and the restaurant was closed as it was sunday but the barman cooksa mean pizza.

Cons:

Nothing i did not like .Breakfast buffet was top notch and there were beans !!!!

une très bonne expérience
Pros:

un personnel à l'écoute , une literie idéale , un établissement très calme et très bien équipé(piscine, Hammam, Bar), le bar est ouvert tard, un parking très sécurisé

Cons:

la clim n'était pas performante et l'un des hamams ne fonctionnait pas bien, pas de restauration ni de blanchisserie possible lors de notre séjour

Erg teleurstellend geen goede prijs / kwaliteit
Pros:

Formaat kamer was in orde, badkamer formaat was ook in orde, bed lag lekker, airco werkte goed.

Cons:

Schimmelvoegen in de badkamer, toiletbril zat los, doucheputje zat verstopt, sauna was buiten gebruik, zwembad was vies (bossen haren lagen op de grond), zwembad is totaal niet veilig (beide zwembadtrappen zijn kapot en zitten los), toiletten beneden bij de lobby waren vies en verstopt. Totaal niet 4 sterren waardig absolute misser.
