Terrass" Hotel

It was on the hill with many things to do that were very close. The staff will do anything to make you comfortable. The heated towel rack was great. The AC worked well. The beds were very comfortable.

Second stay for us. This is a lovely hotel which is spotless throughout,the staff are all excellent and so professional. The rooms have great facilities and the food is first rate. The view from the Terrace is stunning

The roof top bar was amazing the staff were excellent. The room was spacious, a little pricy for two nights but well worth it.

We’d been looking for a location further towards the centre of the City, and then stumbled across Terran’s Hotel on Facebook. Since we like Montmatre we diced to give it a go.We were really pleased with it, particularly the staff who are all excellent. Our Eiffel Tower view room on the 6th floor was good for the price (about €400 inc breakfast per night). Two little balconies. Very comfy bed. Bathroom had a shower over the bath (quite a climb in). Lots of other little niceties like a good coffee machine and a wireless speaker. We weren’t too keen on the red theme, but we knew that was likely. Breakfast was fantastic. Not a massive selection but all very nice. Meats, gorgeous cheeses. I had a wonderful omelette with mushrooms and cheese. We also had drinks on the rooftop terrace in the evening. It get busy with ‘outsiders’ but hotel guests will get seated. The walk up to the touristy area in Montmatre and the Sacre Coeur only takes about 10 minutes. All in all a great stay and highly recommended in all respects!

Excellent stay at Terrass"! Arrived early on our first day and was greeted by the lovely Jeanne who helped us store our luggage and offered us the use of the restroom and lobby refreshment bar. We were absolutely made to feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. Jeanne also gave us the information that we needed to set out on our first day of exploring the neighbourhood-it is a great lively area with so much to see-was glad to have taken a day for walking it. On our return to the hotel, we were pleased to find out that our luggage had been moved up to our room, and after a couple of drinks on the rooftop overlooking Paris, headed to our room. The room was perfect, spacious with plenty of storage for our four night stay with a comfortable bed. We were so lucky to have a very nice balcony (merci Jeanne!) where we could watch the bustle of the city and see the sunset, too! Everything in the room was very clean, and the washroom and coffee bar had all of the essentials. From Terrass it was really simple to use transit to get to our daily starting points with a bus stop steps from the door and Metro stations less than ten minutes away on foot. We enjoyed most of our meals in the Montmartre neighbourhood, the selection within minutes of walking is enough that we could have stayed weeks without trying them all! I enjoyed learning the hotel's history, and would love to return to see the result of the addition of the neighbouring hotel and pool and to enjoy a massage at Nuxe. If we were not so busy having fun, we would have tried out the workout areas. All staff were friendly and helpful, thank you to David for providing us with the tote bag, and to another gentleman who sought out an umbrella for me to use on a rainy evening. Great hotel, would definitely return. .

Es fing schon an Empfang an der sehr, sehr freundlich, kompetent war und sehr zuvorkommend, das Teil war nicht so gross, sondern war überschaubar und hatte mit der Rooftop Bar ein weiteres Highlight neben dem schönen Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm

We had a perfect stay- the hotel itself is beautiful, the view from the rooftop is stunning, the room has lovely little extras to make your stay more special, but the best thing about the stay were all the staff who went over and above to be welcoming, helpful and accommodating. It was a truly lovely experience, thank you.
