Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, freundlichem Personal, ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und traumhafter Aussicht
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie der gute Service. Nach einem Problem mit unserem ersten Zimmer wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein sehr schönes, geräumigeres Zimmer im obersten Stock mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm angeboten.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr gut, besonders die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen haben uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Ebenfalls sehr schön ist die Rooftop Bar mit ihrer tollen Atmosphäre und Aussicht über Paris. Die Drinks werden hervorragend und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Insgesamt haben wir uns im Terrass’’ Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

In unserem ersten Zimmer trat am ersten Tag leider ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanalisation auf. Das Hotel reagierte auf unsere Meldung sofort. Da das Hotel vollständig ausgebucht war, war ein Zimmerwechsel erst am nächsten Tag möglich. Danach erhielten wir ein sehr schönes und geräumigeres Zimmer im obersten Stock und das Problem war für uns erledigt.

Séjour urbain agréable , accueil parfait
Pros:

Localisation de rêve , petit dej sur le toit très agréable, chambre confortable quoique sur la cour et peu éclairée ( mais pour une nuit )
Personnel très très agréable et professionnel ce qui est rare
Rapport qualité prix convenable enfin pour Paris !

Cons:

La déco est déjà un peu démodée , toutes ces moquettes sont un peu étouffantes …

I recommend Terrass to out of town travelers.
Pros:

It was on the hill with many things to do that were very close. The staff will do anything to make you comfortable. The heated towel rack was great. The AC worked well. The beds were very comfortable.

Go for the view
Pros:

Second stay for us. This is a lovely hotel which is spotless throughout,the staff are all excellent and so professional. The rooms have great facilities and the food is first rate. The view from the Terrace is stunning

Pros:

The roof top bar was amazing the staff were excellent. The room was spacious, a little pricy for two nights but well worth it.

My room was overlooking the grave yard, I understand you cant move the dead so not much you can do abour that.
