Vanhan ajan tunnelmaa huippupaikalla.

Viehättävä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Maittava aamiainen.

Meillä oli myös jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin huoneessa, joka olisi mukavaa jos olisi ollut edes kupit, joista juoda teetä. Ei ollut mitään astioita hampaidenpesulaseja lukuunottamatta, eikä kyllä teepussejakaan. Eli aika turha se vedenkeitin.

Siivouksesta kerrottiin, että jos emme vaadi siivousta, sitä ei tehdä kolmen yön oleskelumme aikana. Halusimme siivouksen, koska ensinnäkin olemme maksaneet siitä huoneen hinnassa ja toiseksi haluan, että sänky pedataan, märät pyyhkeet vaihdetaan, roskikset tyhjennetään ja lattia imuroidaan jos näyttää tarpeelliselta. Nyt sitten siivottiin ja myös lakanat vaihdettiin joka päivä, se oli tarpeetonta eikä kuivia pyyhkeitä tarvitse joka päivä vaihtaa. Sellainen kevyt siivous oleskelun aikana pitäisi olla itsestään selvää.

Mysigt hotell.
Pros:

Det ligger centralt, men ändå lugnt. Mysigt att rumsfönstret är mot Linnne’ trädgården.
Tycker om innergården där vi äter både frukost och sitter en stund på kvällen.
Trevlig personal och det känns mer personligt.

Cons:

Sängarna något hårda. Rummen har ingen AC och är något spartanskt inredda.

Lovely
Pros:

Botanika is a lovely, chilled-out. informal hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast is amazing! Rooms are simple but mine had a fridge (very welcome). Relaxing place to hang out and enjoy the football. The small botanical garden next door is very beautiful. It is a proper hotel but has a hostel-like feel which I actually prefer to a more corporate/business place. Very good prices. Glad I chose Botanika.

Cons:

Just one thing: there is a very noisy ventilation duct in the room, which is impossible to switch off. I actually slept through it (white noise, etc), but others might find it a problem. This may not be true for all the rooms!
