Hospitality at its best!
Pros:

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, as we had an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great choice.

The hotel has an older style, but it was very clean, and the staff made our stay especially pleasant. The receptionist was incredibly kind and allowed us to check into our room well before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.

When we visited the fitness room, we noticed the sauna was not turned on, so we asked at reception whether it would be available during certain hours. They kindly asked what time we wanted to use it and turned it on specifically for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and especially nice on a rainy Sunday.

Our suite was huge — it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, which was perfect and so convenient for traveling as a family.

Thank you for such a pleasant stay! We really appreciated the hospitality.

The staff was very helpful and kind and the room was spacious and clean. The location is great, a few minutes walk from Wien Mitte (the city airport train terminal). Also, a couple of very good restaurants within the premises.

Cons:

We needed to walk quite a long distance from the front-desk to the room. The decor is a bit outdated and the room was noisy in the morning, due to service carts rolling on the tiled floors right outside. Also, a socket was installed next to only one of the two separate single beds. I understand that the Eurovision song contest was taking place in Vienna on the day we arrived, but in my view, the price was still unreasonable for what the hotel has to offer.

Merkezde harika bir otel
Pros:

Otelin kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Merkeze çok yakın, yaklaşık 5 dklık mesafedeki metroyla her yere kolayca ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Odalar ve otel temizdi. Viyana'ya bir kez daha gidersem yine burayı tercih ederim. 🩵

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are efficient and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location near a main train station, which has direct links to the airport, and the old part of the city. We like the narrow alleyway with all the umbrellas. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It was good having a kettle in the room.

Cons:

This was a last minute booking, so I expect there were not many vacant rooms. Our room was quite small and the shower leaked. Otherwise it was fine.

Pros:

Pratique d'accès depuis la gare centrale et pour visiter tous les sites qui m'intéressaient.
Personnel à la réception à l'écoute, souriant et très efficace. J'ai du modifier ma réservation et ils ont fait le maximum pour me rembourser une nuit , et ceci en dépit de l'intervention totalement inefficace de Booking.com
