Pros:

Staff were helpful, restaurant/bar was very nice and had a fantastic garden.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had multiple issues. It was shabby, the beds were hard, fittings such as net curtains and table lamps had seen better days and the aircon could not cope at all with the temperature. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit.

A disaster, a terrible waste of time and money. A heartache that severely affected our vacation.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the central train station. Metro line near the hotel. Quiet place.

Breakfast - a fairly wide and good menu, but the price is extremely high, without any justification. The dining room is cozy, quiet, clean and tidy.

Cons:

We booked a room with air conditioning and a refrigerator.

The air conditioning and refrigerator did not work.

We complained at the reception and nothing was done.

We had to spend most of the day outside the hotel, like homeless people.

At night, the heat was so intense that it was impossible to sleep.

We are considering suing the hotel for not providing the service we requested.

Pros:

The facility was on the old fashion side, room was surprisingly small, air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. It was the hottest June, it wasn’t comfortable to sleep. The front desk was helpful, found us a fan.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Wien ohne Frühstück definitiv zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Gute Lage sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut und nicht zu weich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unterirdisch teilweise lagen ungenießbare Sachen aus.

Brak prawdziwej klimatyzacji i nieznośny upał w pokoju. Miła obsługa i dobre śniadanie.
Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa (obsługa wyciąga ocenę w górę, gdyż inaczej byłaby niższa), wystrój ciekawy, śniadanie dobre.

Cons:

Hotel ma ustawioną opcję "klimatyzacja" co jest nieprawdą, tego nie można nazwać klimatyzacją tylko co najwyżej "nawiewem". 30 stopni w pokoju oraz wysoka wilgotność spowodowała, że nie dało się wytrzymać i wyspać. W przypadku chęci anulowania rezerwacji po godzinie 21 nie ma takiej opcji -> recepcja nie ma odpowiednich uprawnień.

移動や買い物にはとても便利なホテル
Pros:

ホテルのすぐ近くにスーパーが2軒あり便利。
すぐ前にバス停もあり、メインステーションであるウィーンミッテに行くにもとても便利。
早朝に着いたにもかかわらず、エクストラチャージなしで部屋が利用できた。

Cons:

シャワールームに物を置くスペースがなく不便だった。
ボディー&ハンドソープがシャワールームの外にしかなかったので不便だった。

Kommen nicht mehr in dieses Hotel
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse

Cons:

Habe das Hotel wegen Klimaanlage gebucht, die dann wegen Überlastung nicht funktionierte. Dies wurde uns beim Einchecken NACH dem Bezahlen gesagt und ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Unerträgliche Hitze und "muffiger" Geruch im Zimmer. Keine Lüftung im Bad. Dieses ist auch etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht!!

Schöner Kurztripp
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Prater,sehr gutes Frühstück.
Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal da und würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Airco was kapot was daardoor heel erg warm
Werd door het hotel niks aan gedaan
Meerdere keren aangegeven kreeg een ventilator mee uiteindelijk maar bleef extreem warm
Meerdere mensen hadden hier last van

Accommodatie was ook niet 4 sterren waardig
Was heel erg ouderwets mag wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken vooral binnen

Sehr gutes Frühstück im schönen Garten

Cons:

Matratze etwas zu hart für meinen Geschmack, an sich hübsche Einrichtung, die teilweise ein Refurbish vertragen könnte.

Am Abend war es - allerdings sehr knapp vor dem Schließen - nicht mehr möglich noch ein Getränk zu bekommen, obwohl noch Leute im Lokal und auf der Terrasse noch konsumiert haben. Zuvor war ca 10 Minuten lang kein Servicepersonal im Bereich anwesend.
