Be aware: this hotel may charge you a different amount than the rate you were originally quoted or agreed upon. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service and management. The way the issue was handled was unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend confirming your rate and reviewing your final charges carefully before staying here.
The room was very nice.
There was some sort of mix up. We checked in at 4pm. At 1:30 am someone was given access to our room and tried to get in. Awakening us in the middle of the night and frightening my wife so much she could not sleep. If not for the hard lock the person would have entered. After talking to the front desk they confirmed our info but never apologized for the mix up or the interrupted nights sleep. Will never stay there again!

Alternate day cleaning, unfortunately the house staff missed a two day garbage under the kitchen sink that needed to be taken out. The staff should go through a checklist and not just clean whatever is visible to them

I was unable to charge my electric vehicle. Front desk staff was unable to advise. This was my primary reason for selecting this location. I had to go off site to find a charging station.
