Great location and lovely room
One waiter in the restaurant was particularly miserable…not just with us, with everyone. A smile would have been nice. Also they have reduced their restaurant offering which wasn’t communicated to us, although I have to say the food we had was still delicious.

Receptionisten virkede sur og vores tjener i restauranten ville hverken hælde vin op eller skifte bestik mellem retterne. Maden var ikke særlig god, men til gengæld temmelig dyr. Parkeringsservicen var som det eneste helt i top.
Location was in an idylic setting and well positioned for tourist attractions and restaurants.
Although in general, the staff were pleasant and helpful there were a couple that weren’t up to the standard I would expect from a 5 star hotel
This hotel is so nice, large room and has a spa, walkable from the train station and allover town. Would stay there again whenever possible.

Everything, but especially the very accommodating staff, which made us feel very welcomed - we arrived very late but despite having closed the bar, they obliged our requests for a couple of drinks snd the concierge/valet was also very helpful
Small mismatch between the stated price for parking & charging and the charged price - €70 vs €60. The charging was also slower than expected so we only managed to charge 80%

Das Zimmer war groß und klimatisiert. Das war bei den warmen Temperaturen genau das Richtige. Der SPA Bereich war schön um ein wenig entspannen zu können. Die Lage des Hotels ist top.
Das Frühstücks Buffet war nicht so groß und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche am Buffet. Für 3 Übernachtungen war es aber in Ordnung. Verhungert ist man nicht.
