The bathroom needs serious renovation
The hours of cleaning the room. We came back from excursion at 4 pm and the room was not cleaned yet,
The manager apologized for that later.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. L'établissement est situé dans un cadre magnifique et bénéficie d'un environnement calme, idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel est exceptionnel : accueillant, professionnel et toujours souriant. Un véritable coup de cœur pour l'équipe et l'ambiance chaleureuse qui règne dans l'hôtel. Le bar est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité, avec un service impeccable. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Podczas śniadanie kelner obsłużył w pierwszej kolejności gości z Francji, mimo tego, że przyszli na śniadanie później od nas.
Nie doczekaliśmy się na zamówioną kawę. Kelner wydawał się mało zainteresowany nami oraz odebraliśmy go jako aroganckiego.

Terrific staff. Great location.
Pros:

This is a great location for visiting Strasbourg. The hotel looks out onto one of the old canals, so it is in one of the prettiest parts of the city. The staff are outstandingly helpful.

Ein sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt im historischen Viertel
Pros:

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt im historischen Zentrum der Stadt, direkt an und über der Ill. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren ohne Probleme zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und benötigten keine 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof bis zum Hotel.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir sehr früh anreisten und am nächsten Tag erst am späten Abend wieder abreisten war es kein Problem unsere Rucksäcke im Hotel aufzubewahren. Auch wurden wir telefonisch informiert, als wir das Zimmer beziehen konnten.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ein außerordentlicher Genuss. Danke für das hervorragende Menü und den aufmerksamen Service.

Cons:

Es gab nichts was zu kritisieren wäre.
