The staff were nice and helpful

Cons:

The Key cards stopped working
The room is so dated and old, smelt of smoke, shower was a very old eletric one that was never at the right temp, bed was very very hard. The sofa was so woren the veclro holding the back and the seat together was visble. all in all a very poor hotel

It was very central

Cons:

The duvet on the bed was too small for the bed as it was for a couple (double bed ) breakfast was quite good but the dining room was a bit disorganised and messy staff were nice

Stay was good and breakfast was really nice.
Pros:

Very friendly and close to bus and train

Cons:

Bed wasn’t very comfy,you would think duvet cover didn’t fit properly.

Relaxing, inviting stay. Lovely food , great location, very clean and brilliant staff
Pros:

The staff , from reception, breakfast, housekeeping were very friendly and attentive

The breakfast was lovely and you never felt rushed , a relaxing atmosphere

Cons:

Nothing major that would stop me going back

Pros:

The people in reception and the hotel restaurant were very kind.

Cons:

Unfortunately, you can hear everything that is happening in the hotel corridor. It did disrupt the privacy for me, as it was very loud.
