The bed despite being two pushed smaller beds put together was very comfortable.
The room was very hot and the windows didn't provide much airflow, we were offered fans on check out but it would have been better if they were in the room when we checked in

My husband is a wheelchair user and we found it to very accessible. Room was perfect for him.
Parking could have been better since we have the wheelchair. If you can’t get into the hotel car park they advise to use the ncp one however this has no lifts for anyone with mobility issues.

Large room, very central

Lovely place very clean and had a good layout also staff were lovely
Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. TV was good.
The lift wasn’t working for the whole of our stay. Apparently this often happens. There were only 2 staff on duty who were busy & nobody to help take the luggage to rooms, as only one lift which was broken. There were various elderly staying there. I saw one man struggling to get down the stairs with his walking stick. My husband helped a lady get her large suitcase down the stairs. We are not young ourselves & had to get our luggage to & from the third floor.
It took us 3 long laps round the hotel to find the car park. The closest way to it by the hotel was no entry. Had you said we turn in the driveway by the maritime museum, we would have found it on first attempt.
