3rd time I have stayed at this hotel this year. Staff are always really helpful

Lovely hotel. Great spot.

Cons:

Unfortunately my bed wasn’t comfy think the springs had gone. If I had noticed before would have said earlier but arrived and went straight out to show. Informed staff in morning. Not the best night sleep.

Pros:

The property is very centrally located and very helpful staff , however if you have too many bags then be careful as there are too many steps to take up your luggage thou there is a elevator to take you to the floor however there are additional steps on each floor which makes it difficult to move the bags

Perfect City Break Location
Pros:

Central location. Excellent Bistro Restaurant. Comfortable spacious room. Good Buffet Breakfast. Friendly smiley staff. Ease of check in. Close to Train & Bus station. Bright modern Foyer area with plenty comfortable seating.

good and perfect for my requirements

Room and facilities idael for my use , just bed and shower , breakfast was not taken as i was out early

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good so no complaints there.

Cons:

The pillows are extremely hard which is a struggle for someone with neck problems! the room ventilation is poor and even with a fan, we struggled to sleep due to the heat. An AC may be the best option. Could not open the windows due to the pigeons so this was not an option.

We would definitely return to this hotel again if visiting Aberdeen.
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location , good choice of breakfast every morning , the apartments were just round the corner from the hotel , very spacious, clean and quiet. No view though .

Cons:

The electrics were a bit weird , some round pin and some square , we found this out as we had to move a small lamp from lounge to bedroom , as that one barely gave off any light .

Pros:

Everything. Booked as a budget hotel & was very surprised. Room was basic but comfortable. Staff were great. Easy check in & out. Great bars within the hotel, was not expecting this, breakfast was great also.
