Excellent service and clean breakfast area.
There was a bit of an ant problem in our room. The room was nice but never expected to have ants crawling around the room. The staff was very respectful and responsive to the situation so I commend them for that.
Convenient location for a wedding right on the main road
The property was fine. Was there overnight left early?
To be honest, nothing.
It was dingy and outdated, felt very uncomfortable in the outdoor area as well as the room. An ambulance and firefighters showed up on the property within an hr of our stay removing a man who appeared intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Overall nice hotel
Online it says there’s a hot tub. Once you get there it’s only a hole where a hot tub used to be but is now covered with plywood.

Lights in the room didn't work, clock was not set, fridge had a broken seal on it, the bathroom was very deteriorated. The photos on the website definitely did not match what we showed up to. It was so disgusting I was very worried about cleanliness and bed bugs when I realized how run down everything was.
Location is convenient to Mystic, casinos and Coast Guard Academy,
Room had very grungy feel. Pet friendly, so scratches were understandable but they were dirty too.
Bathroom so small you couldn't get dressed in it. Little kid sized toilets.
Outside wooden stairs cracked and moved as if about to break. At exact opposite end from elevator so had to carry luggage and all up two sets of stairs.
No outside signs for rooms so no way to know where to park.
Clean room but dated facility! Overall facility has a rundown look to it with abandoned vehicles from previous franchisee in the back parking lot and gaping hole with a construction cone in it right beside the building.

Smell of room . Mildew in the room and the hallways smelled of perfume not pleasant
It was convenient
It was out dated. Pool area was horrible. There were buckets to catch rain in the hallways. I will not stay there again for the amount of money I paid.

First thing we experienced was a giant hole in parking lot. Rest of parking lot was in bad shape. We told the employee about the giant hole and a few hours later he put an orange cone in it. He acted rude and unprofessional. Our bathroom shower curtain had 1 foot tall and the entire length of curtain with BLACK MOLD. When we reported issue, he again was annoyed but did have it replaced eventually. We asked for a 7am wakeup call because I didn't want to be late for my brother's (James Stephenson) funeral. Never received it! The pictures on the website were totally fake. It would be a great idea if the HEALTH DEPARTMENT goes to this location! They should close it down.
Great price, central, clean room, decent breakfast included.
Hotel was a bit outdated but all in all a decent stay and worth the money! Would stay again for sure
