Location was good for our needs
Pros:

The room was clean, had a typical chain hotel decor. The air worked well and was quite .The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also it did have a coffee maker and small microwave we did not use. The bathroom was small but clean, good towels and had travel size shampoo etc. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

OKAY....now for the main reason this hotel did not meet expectations. The main entrance is not at all welcoming. Dirty brick steps and a rubber door mat that is worse for the wear. The entrance door itself has peeling paint NOT INVITING ! We parked in back after check in so used a different door that had a ramp made of unsound material covered with a worn out ripped" turf " looking fabric also not pleasing. I cannot believe these issues cannot be addressed with not much effort. It makes me wonder if there are ever inspections made by the Ramada/ Wyndham Group.

Pros:

I love the heated indoor pool it's so relaxing as well as the jacuzzi in my room and the breakfast in the morning downstairs I was happy that they had bacon and eggs

Cons:

I feel like they need fluffier pillows I ended up having to buy myself a comfortable pillow at Walmart because the pillows in my room were too flat and I kept waking up with neck pain. That was the only thing uncomfortable about the bed was the pillows as they didn't support my neck and I slept with two pillows so that's my only complaint is that but other than that my stay was pleasant as usual. I didn't ask the staff for different pillows but I'm sure if I asked they would have given me fluffier pillows so I should have spoken up

They really need to put some work in the hotel...it was just a place to get rest at the moment
Pros:

I got rest.. that is it!

Cons:

No Breakfast, no change available for washing machine and dryer, pool wasn't heated... Hot water in bathroom...too hot!

As expected.
Pros:

I liked how spacious the room was.
They offered a lot of towels. It was quiet and relatively clean in the actual room.

Cons:

The swimming pool was suspicious, and you had to go down these stairs and take a lot of turns to get to the pool. The pool is small; only about 4.5' or so deep, which isn't a problem. The scum that was around the pool where chlorine wasn't touching, and some scum even on the bottom, was what did it for us. The pool area was very dirty. Inside and out.

Pros:

Property was very clean. Everything is up graded and new. Beautifully decorated and a great deal. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, cereal, cold milk (I don’t drink milk) waffle maker, danish, toast, bengals juice and coffee. I was impressed, the last place I stayed had free breakfast. A broken juice machine, breakfast bars and gas station like pre packaged cinnamon rolls and not the good ones. It’s a little hard to find your way but I get lost in a wet paper bag. The products they put out, soap, lotion shampoo ect smell so good!! Like you’re deep in your with a touch of vanilla. I had 3 people ask me what I “had on” I don’t use perfume.. I need to know where they get them!! The restaurant down stairs has amazing authentic Indian food that is always on point. Close to everything you could want for inner door dash or going out!

not very clean. electrical was backwards. obvious signs there was a fire as there were wood planks on the building on one side.

Pros:

Did not eat the breakfast. Not even sure where it was located. Staff was friendly. Building was run down. Think they were having issues with roof leaking. There was paint pealing on the cieling in my bathroom. Most dissapointing. Plus the restaurant was closed, which was one of the reasons I chose this loc. To begin with.

Not well maintain
Pros:

I was happy to say that the rooms itself was fairly clean and comfortable

Cons:

The property is not maintained at all! Broken bricks on the front porch are covered by an old mat, the front desk area smells, and the rugs in many of the places were wrinkled and pulled up in the hallways. The bathroom sink is next to the bed as well. Parking lot was all broken up.

Pros:

This place is not worth $100 a night. It needs updates. They placed me in a room with a damaged door jam. This room shouldn’t even be used until repairs are complete. The hotel is very dated and needs upgrades.
