Prima hotel voor concertbezoek JC Arena en Ziggodome

Gastvrijheid ( hele leuke welkomst kaart wat op de kamer lag ) en ligging tov JC Arena

Helaas regendouche niet werkend, verder alles tip top

Leuk voor een weekendje Amsterdam of een concert in Ziggo/Arena.
Pros:

Koffie en koelkast op de kamer. Kamer was al koel bij aankomst.
Alles was netjes schoon.

Cons:

Enkel Engels sprekend personeel. Het bed vond ik niet fantastisch, ik heb niet heel goed geslapen.

Cons:

Personeel spreekt geen Nederlands. Dat is een algemeen probleem in Amsterdam of andere grote steden. Daar kunnen die mensen niet aan doen, dat is een beleidsprobleem. Het is blijkbaar te veel om te verwachten om in de officiële taal van het land bediend te worden.
