Крайне неприятный опыт с отелем.

При заселении с нас взяли депозит 15 000 лир — как объяснили, за мини-бар. Завтраки в стоимость номера не входили, мы от них сразу отказались и за всё время проживания ни разу на них не ходили.

При выезде отель удержал из депозита оплату за завтраки, которыми мы не пользовались. Никаких подтверждений, что мы их получали, нет и быть не может.

Считаю это недобросовестной практикой: депозит, взятый под мини-бар, используется для списания денег за услуги, которые гостю не оказывались. Будьте внимательны при заселение!

Very disappointing experience .

At check-in we were charged a deposit of 15,000 TRY, supposedly for the minibar. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, we declined it and never used it during our stay.

At check-out the hotel deducted breakfast charges from our deposit — for meals we never had.

This is a dishonest practice. If you stay here, get everything in writing at check-in and check every deduction before you leave. Not recommended.

A fantastic hotel with outstanding sports and wellness facilities – overall a very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

A great hotel, especially if you enjoy sports and fitness. The rooms were excellent, the gym was outstanding, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The restaurant was also very good. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

Prices are generally on the higher side, and especially the price of bottled water was surprisingly expensive. The hotel is also not close to the city centre, so you should expect a journey of around 20–30 minutes to reach the main sights.

Unforgettable! We were treated so well.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful! Serdar and Soner were so very kind and supportive and Gilit at the reception too. The staff at the restaurant Mehmet, Vahap and colleagues were all very serviceable and friendly. I’m impressed!

Хороший завтрак, обслуживание, уборка

Cons:

Отель так спроектировпн, что окна не открываются. Мы хотели вид на море, но глухие окна испортили впечатление. В целом это такая чуть уставшая 5ка, за эти деньги можно получше найти. А ещё внизу ресторан, там в субботу была дискотека до 1-2 ночи, музыка бомбила до 16го этажа, отель с этим ничего сделать не может. Нас к слову переселили, но нужно иметь ввиду, что если выходные, будете слушать басы.
