جميل وراقي وموقعه ممتاز والتكلفة تعتبر مرتفعة بعض الشيء

فندق محترم وراقي موقعه ممتاز ونظيف وعناية ممتازة بالنزيل اشكرهم صراحة

بعض الملاحظات:
1- طلبت منهم تجهيز الغرفة لوجود مناسبة خاصة وابدوا الموافقة لكن عند الوصول تفاجئت انهم ما جهزوا شيء، فانت اما اعتذر من البداية او اذا ابديت الموافقة نفذ وعدك!

2- اعطوني فالبداية الغرفة ولما دخلناها للاسف كان فيها ريحة سيئة جدا وقبيحة وطلبت منهم تغيير الغرفة وبالفعل غيرو الغرفة واعتذروا اعتذار جيد وارسل لنا مدير النزلاء اعتذار خطي عن الموقف الي حصل وهذي بادرة جميلة ولكن المفترض بعدما تأكدوا من المشكلة مايعطوني نفس الغرفة ويعتذرون! المفتروض اعتذار وكذلك تعويض يستحق لان الريحة كانت بشعة جداً وقبيحة فعلى اقل تقدير سووا ترقية للغرفة! وهذا الي خلاني اخفض التقييم هنا، انت فندق محترم وكبير ولازم تعرف ان ارضاء العميل بتعويض مناسب مهم جداً ومطلوب

They lost my bags when I checked in after one hour and half they find my bag they took it to other room and the staff told me we will compensate you nothing happen.
Secondly when I checked in I stand in the reception about one hour to give me my room
