Brilliant staff and well organised hotel in best area of LA
Pros:

Staff outstanding and so welcoming. Great atmosphere and loved the live music at night in bar area

Cons:

Food and drink so expensive and same level prices as Dubai. Staff still enter your room when privacy light is on

Pros:

La déco est jolie, style beach house en Bois.
La situation devant l’océan et en plein cœur de Santa Monica est top.
Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorés. Nous avions deux chambres communicantes qui donnaient sur une petite terrasse. Par contre nous avions un mur juste en face de nous dons ce n’était pas super clair.

Cons:

L’espace piscine rend moins bien que sur les photos.

Pros:

La localisation était parfaite ,le restaurant ,le personnel

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas au calme du tout.
Nous avions une partial océan view
Impossible de dormir tellement les nuisances extérieurs de la rue étaient fortes notamment car il y avait le passage pour accéder à Santa Monica pier juste en dessous.
J’ai eu un échange avec le manager qui n’a pas pu nous changer car l’hôtel était complet.
Nous avons eu un changement pour la dernière nuit.
Pour cette hôtel il faut prendre les chambres océan view qui sont plus chers mais qui seront à la hauteur du prix.
Car en l’état paye cette somme pour ce rendu,c’est inacceptable.

Nice place but rooms are small and it’s a pricey place.

Great hotel on a unique place!
Pros:

The hotel is located on an unique location in Santa Monica. It is right on the beach front and the hotel is also very orientated towards the beach. Having a drink outside on the first floor when the sun goes down is magic.

Établissement très bien placé , chambre confortable, personnel très agréable et réactif

Cons:

Nous avons testé les deux restaurants et nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des plats . Au Pico , plat de pâtes sans saveur et très petite quantité dans l assiette , idem pour notre fille …. Une ridicule assiette creuse de pâtes digne d une amuse bouche …. Quelle honte pour un restaurant qui se veut haut de gamme .

Perfect weekend getaway.
Pros:

The location was perfection. The food was delicious. The staff was wonderful. I genuinely loved my lobster roll lunch in the outdoor restaurant. I keep thinking about it. We did a weekend getaway and spent one day in Abbot Kinney and one day in Malibu. It was perfect.

Cons:

Here's the thing, it's stunning, but for the price, the room was definitely smaller than expected. Gorgeous but tight.
