My stay was unfortunately not a good experience. During my stay, I had to request for my room to be cleaned, and no one informed me that I was supposed to make a request for housekeeping.

What was most disturbing, however, happened on my first day. While trying to find the off switch for the lights behind the TV, I found a used crack pipe and a lighter. Finding these items in my hotel room was extremely concerning and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the rest of my stay.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet the standard of cleanliness or comfort I expected from a hotel.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

Cons:

It rained that morning but not in the afternoon and the pool was never reopen back up even after I ask the front desk and advice the rain stop. The rest room was very small. The breakfast time was only for 2 hours which could have been for 3 hours alot hotel breaks are between 7am till 10am. I the internet was not fast cause I had to work and it kept kicking me out and I wasn't advice the password changes on Sunday so I had to go down stairs and ask why I cant I log in for work. I kept calling but put on hold nobody answered the phone to say Good morning hold on. Not good customer service.

Cons:

Foi cobrado um valor de 100,00 dolares por quarto de caução no check in, só que o valor estornado no cartão NÃO foi o mesmo. Estou tendo o maior trabalho e dor de cabeça para conseguir esse estorno e ainda não consegui.
