Pros:

Snídaně výborná, jenpříště bych doporučil ještě menší talířky na jídlo, aby se ně nevešlo už vůbec nic. A skleničky na vodu / džus bych nahrhoval ještě změnšit, aby hosté museli u snídaně více chodit.

The reception desk staff are very unfriendly. Like old time “KGB” ……
Cons:

The hotel has nothing to do with “Imperial” ! No style! No culture! The energy safe pale white light … are the same as a two star hotel . And the staff … can not smile at all …… and they facing customers … like policemen from “KGB” …

Pros:

Příjemný personál, pěkné umístění

Cons:

Velký hluk - např. v 5:30 začal drnčet celý pokoj do 5:45, pak znovu někdy po 6:00 - nedalo se spát, hluk z ostatních pokojů při využívání koupelny. Okna nad restaurační zahrádkou - při otevření byl plný pokoj kouře, klimatizace vydává hodně divné zvuky, ale chladí. Pokoj hodně malý, vybavení tak z roku 2000 - v koupelně malý sprchový kout s ultra úspornou baterií jak někde z vlaku, kde je nedostatek vody. Silikonové těsnění odloupáno, na několika místech černé. Je vidět jak se všude snaží šetřit včetně "ekologických" cedulek všude po pokoji, nicméně např. lednice je ve skřínce, kde je díky tomu tak 40°C a lednice smaží sama sebe a furt jede - ale hostům je potřeba dát cedulku, že mají zhasínat, pouštět málo vody, nenechat si uklidit, používat déle ručníky atp. Snídaně dobrá, ale opět snaha šetřit - cca 1dcl skleničky, talířky na jídlo jen o trochu větší než je pod hrnek s kávou. Parkování není v ceně a je potřeba si připlatit. Obecně bych od takového hotelu očekával více, poměr cena/výkon je slabý.

Přestože bylo více nedostatků během pobytu, ubytování bylo příjemné a pohodlné.
Pros:

Lokalita, větší výběr při snídani, pohodlí.

Cons:

Vzhledem k vysoké ceně za ubytování jsem předpokládala, že se nebude muset platit za parkování u hotelu.
Prázdný minibar.
Špatně odtékala voda v umývadle.
Při otevření okna - hluk z ulice.

Хороший готель, для мандрівника на одну ніч.
Pros:

Хороший готель, все тут гарно облаштовано. Чисті, просторі кімнати, смачні сніданки, просторий паркінг. Розташування - центр міста. Ввічливий персонал.

Cons:

Отримали кімнату з видом на якийсь скляний купол, що повністю закривав вікно. Трохи було не комфортно, але це напевно така архітектура готелю. Когось потрібно заселяти і в такі кімнати.
