Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen - und vermutlich auch besseren Service!

Es gab nichts, was mir positiv aufgefallen ist-

Cons:

Als meine Frau beim Betreten des Aufzugs gegen die sich schließende Tür stieß – da sie deren Bewegung übersehen hatte – wandte ich mich mit der Bitte um etwas kühlendes (Eis oder nasses Tuch) an die Rezeption. Meine Frau litt unter erheblichen Kopfschmerzen und zeigte erste Anzeichen einer Prellung. Die Rezeptionistin verwies mich jedoch an den Service weiter, obwohl der Empfang in jenem Moment völlig unbelebt war. In solch einer Situation hätte ich erwartet, dass man als Rezeptionistin die anfallenden Aufgaben kurzzeitig zur Seite legt und sich einem verunglückten Gast zuwendet – nicht durch Weiterleitung, sondern durch unmittelbare, aufmerksame Hilfe. Diesem Verständnis von zeitgemäßem Service konnte das gezeigte Verhalten leider nicht genügen.

Ich würde definitiv wieder das Hotel buchen
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön. Personal war äußerst Freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Belüftung (Heizen/Kühlen) über die Hausanlage fand ich als nicht angenehm!
