Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war beim Check in noch nicht fertig. Wir mussten 35 Minuten warten. Dann war das Zimmer immer noch nicht fertig. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer. Warum nicht gleich so.
Wir wurden nicht darüber aufgeklärt, dass wir die Zimmerreinigung mittels QR-CODE selbst beauftragen müssen. Unser Zimmer blieb ungerreinigt.l
Frühstück: es wurde nur sehr verspätet nachgelegt. Hier entstanden Schlangen und lange Wartezeiten.

Pros:

Die Lage ist für uns top, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das der Pool ziemlich kalt ist, im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften. Vor allem jetzt im Herbst sollte der Pool doch wärmer sein, gerade wenn man mit kleinen Kindern dort ist !

Waren zum wiederholten Mal in diesem Hotel. Als IHG-Member war ich sehr enttäuscht über den Qualitätsverlust.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage.

Cons:

Schimmel im Badezimmer, defekter Waschbeckenabfluss. Kein Houseceeping.
