Fijn hotel, goed gelegen, prima prijs.
Pros:

Goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van Ramblas, Place de Catalunya, strand…
Prijs-kwaliteit zeker in orde.
Airco op de kamer, rustig in het hotel zelf.
Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie die hun best doen om goed Engels te spreken.
We kwamen om 13u aan, inchecken pas om 16u, maar we mochten meteen naar de kamer.

Ik zou dit hotel niet aanbevelen...

Locatie was heel goed, dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden en ook bij het strand. De kamers waren ruim.

Ik zou dit hotel echt niet aanraden. Hoewel de locatie goed is en de kamers ruim, vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit echt slecht. We boekten een superior kamer met balkon. De eerste avond gemeld dat de airco niet werkte, toen kregen we een ventilator omdat de volgende dag een monteur zou komen, ze hadden problemen in het gebouw... het werd een warme en lawaaierige nacht met het raam open aan de drukke weg. De volgende ochtend weer naar de receptie, werd ons verteld dat het de komende dagen niet opgelost zou worden. Maar de snelheid van het antwoord gaf ons niet veel vertrouwen dat dit ooit anders gaat worden... we konden een kamer krijgen in een ander deel van het hotel, maar zonder balkon. Deze kamer was overduidelijk een rokers kamer. De airco werkte, maar ook hier werd het niet echt koel. Daarnaast zijn de lakens van het bed veel te klein, waardoor je na 2 keer omdraaien 's nachts op het kale matras ligt, erg onhygiënisch als je het mij vraagt. Melding van gemaakt, maar grotere lakens hebben ze niet, dus hier moeten we het mee doen...
Het ontbijt, mwah hier is niet heel veel aan, wat zoete broodjes, vrij droog en wat fruit, niet echt top.

Not what I expected

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. I specifically booked it because of its excellent location and because it advertised air conditioning, which was very important to us during our stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work at all during our entire stay. Every day we reported the issue to the staff, and each time we were given a different explanation and told that it would be fixed soon. After several complaints, we were finally moved to another room in a different building, only two nights before our departure, because we were assured that the air conditioning there was working properly.

To our disappointment, the air conditioning in the new room was also not functioning. When we complained again, we were offered yet another room change—this time back to the original building, as we were told that the problem had supposedly been resolved there. After six nights of inconvenience and conflicting information, we found this solution unreasonable and frustrating.

The location of the hotel is excellent and was the main reason we chose it. However, not having a basic amenity that was clearly advertised, combined with the lack of a consistent solution, had a significant negative impact on our stay.

Betten waren komfortabel, ausgezeichnete Lage, Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert, Reinigung könnte besser sein, keine Klobürste im Bad (auch auf Nachfrage keine erhalten 😂, ich habe einen Eimer erhalten). Sehr sehr laut, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, ich erhielt beim Check-in einen Ventilator.

Une semaine à Barcelone
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville et le métro ainsi que le bus.

Cons:

La chambre : accès par le parking auto, vue de la chambre désagréable, petite salle de bain et pas d'emplacement pour déposer les trousses de toilettes....bloc N°2 de l'hôtel.
Nous pensons que les chambres destinées à Booking sont choisies parmi les moins intéressantes.
Petit déjeuner plutôt moyen.

Hotellin aulan henkilökunta. Metroaseman läheisyys.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei toiminut odotetusti, naapurissa yökerho, joten parvekkeen ovea ei pystynyt pitämään auki yöllisen menon ja kovan liikenteen takia. Hälytysajoneuvot ajoivat öisin pillit päällä ja melu oli kova jopa 6. kerrokseen asti.

Desde que entramos el aire estaba malo y fue Súper difícil por que estábamos en verano, nos prestaron un ventilador pero no hacía mucho la verdad.
