Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, tiene de todo muy cerca y estación de metro y paradas de buses muy cerca, aparte tiene varios supermercados cerca por si se necesita algo de apuro.

Pros:

The room was comfortable, the bed was decent, the location was excellent. Nice restaurant attached and many in the area. Lovely neighbourhood for walking.

Cons:

The shower was horrible, no temperature regulation and it would cycle between cold and extremely hot. We were unable to wash our hair for fear of being scalded.
Mostly met our expectations with this exception.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Best Auto Hogar in Barcelona.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Service. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung sauber.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ideal, um Barcelona zu erkunden.

Fazit: Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und bequeme Betten, aber beim Frühstück und bei der Lärmbelastung gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Cons:

Leider hat uns das Frühstück nicht überzeugt. Das eher lieblos Anrichten der Speisen, sowie die Verpackungsreste im Müsli haben nicht dazu beigetragen es am nächsten Tag nochmal zu probieren. Außerdem war es nachts recht laut, besonders auf der Rückseite des Hotels, da sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Club befindet, sodass wir nicht immer gut schlafen konnten.

Trotz der zentralen Lage, des hilfsbereiten Personals und der zuverlässigen Zimmerreinigung konnten der hohe Lärmpegel,
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage des Hotel Best Auto Hogar mit guter Anbindung an Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie das hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption.

Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte zuverlässig und gründlich. Das Reinigungspersonal trat dabei höflich auf.

Ebenfalls positiv war die gute Schalldämmung des Balkonfensters gegenüber dem direkten Strassenlärm.

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen sind der insgesamt hohe Geräuschpegel durch die stark befahrene Hauptstrasse sowie den Club unterhalb des Hotels. Trotz der guten Schalldämmung des Balkonfensters drang über das Badezimmerfenster weiterhin deutlich Lärm ins Zimmer. Zusätzlich war der Flur sehr hellhörig, wodurch andere Gäste gut hörbar waren.

Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt deutlich abgewohnt. Auch das Frühstück konnte qualitativ nicht überzeugen. Teilweise waren Speisen leer oder nur lauwarm, die Spiegeleier häufig kalt und die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Direkt am Hotel befand sich zudem ein Restaurant, in dem man für nahezu den gleichen Preis qualitativ besser frühstücken konnte.

Olá
Gostamos da hospitalidade dos funcionários.
Pequeno almoço diversificado.

*entrada check in muito tarde
*Limpeza do quarto o básico
*Entrada de barulho através das janelas do quarto para termos que dormir com ouvidos tapados
*Pelo preço qualidade não se adequa em relação também á localização do mesmo
A nossa sorte foi que não paramos muito no quarto a não ser dormir e tomar banho.

We arrived by taxi at 1 .30 am - the lighting outside your hotel , was really bad — very dark-
it in no way looks like a hotel from outside an office from outside made us very hesitant to go inside the frosted doors.

Cons:

The toilet didn’t flush - advised from desk - front desk younger man very polite but had no answer for our problem - my husband had to use bathroom on the lobby. We at least should have been offered a partial refund for the extreme inconvenience of having to , get dressed, go down 2 levels, across an underground Carpark and across to the lobby to use a toilet in the middle of the night !
Nothing was offered, not even SORRY !
