Our stay was to celebrate my girl's birthday. We are so impressed by the arrangement when the staff delivered the birthday cake which we kept at the Concierge to our room with a foldable and movable serving table. It is so thoughtful — especially this was the first experience which I have been served like this even compared with other renowned hotels. This arrangement let us enjoy the cake and took photos at a comfortable height and spacious environment.

​Had a really nice overnight staycation last weekend. The hotel is peaceful and beautiful, making it super easy to relax.

​Room is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. ​Lovely coastal vibes and nice open spaces to walk around. ​Great food and friendly service. Big thanks to Stanley for being so helpful and taking such good care of the kids during our meal.

I have stayed at The Hong Kong Gold Coast hotel for several times, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a wonderful place to relax and feel at home.
What really sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. From the managers and front desk staff to housekeeping and room service, everyone is highly professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to taking the best possible care of their guests. Their hospitality is second to none.
One experience, in particular, will always stay with me. During our stay over the Chinese New Year in February, my elderly mother suddenly became very unwell. I called the front desk for assistance, and to my surprise, three managers arrived at our room within just three minutes. They immediately took control of the situation with remarkable calmness and professionalism. They helped call an ambulance, assisted my mother into a wheelchair, and accompanied her to the ambulance.
What touched me the most was not only their efficiency but also their compassion. They reassured my family not to worry, telling us that everything would be okay, and stayed with us until my mother was safely on her way to the hospital. In such a stressful moment, their kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence brought us immense comfort and strength.
I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and unwavering support. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism combined with heartfelt compassion. Their actions went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a hotel, and I will never forget their kindness.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only a comfortable place to stay but also a team that truly cares about the wellbeing of its guests.
