The hotel staff (Dan and Tat) provided exceptional service by keeping my daughter's forgotten backpack safe and returning it to me when I drove back the next morning.

Our stay was to celebrate my girl's birthday. We are so impressed by the arrangement when the staff delivered the birthday cake which we kept at the Concierge to our room with a foldable and movable serving table. It is so thoughtful — especially this was the first experience which I have been served like this even compared with other renowned hotels. This arrangement let us enjoy the cake and took photos at a comfortable height and spacious environment.
Had a really nice overnight staycation last weekend. The hotel is peaceful and beautiful, making it super easy to relax.
Room is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Lovely coastal vibes and nice open spaces to walk around. Great food and friendly service. Big thanks to Stanley for being so helpful and taking such good care of the kids during our meal.

Room and whole facility was dated and worn. Almost impossible to get an adult beverage, main bar hours are very limited and no drinks at the pool, zero.
Food and environment was good and affordable. Great time for the summer holidays! Staff, especially Wai, was very helpful.
