Great hotel and helpful staff
Pros:

Location was perfect, hotel central to the city.

Cons:

The fast revolving door to reception, difficult for my 92 year old father to manoeuvre through.

"Only You" : il faut absolument découvrir !
Pros:

J'ai passé un grand moment dans un établissement très accueillant , en plein centre de la "vieille ville" de Valence.
Que ce soit la restauration au dernier étage ou le cocktail-bar côté réception tout était parfait.
Il en est de même de la qualité des chambres et de leur tenue.
Un grand merci au "Only You" ! J'y retournerai lors d'un prochain voyage à Valence ville que j'ai vraiment beaucoup appréciée.

Well worth a stay for location and the staff exemplary
Pros:

Location was fabulous as well as the roof top views from the top floor. The staff can’t do enough for you.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

1. Very fast check in and free refreshing drinks.
2. Excellent choice at breakfast. A separate cafe area with a dedicated barrister.
3. Central location.
4. Very friendly staff.

Geweldig en heerlijk verblijf zoals altijd
Pros:

Al meerdere malen verbleven. Top hotel, top service, top ontbijt.

Cons:

Matras was erg hard, hebben dit niet besproken, maar overtuigd indien wel dat zij het zouden herstellen.
