La caja de fuerte no funcionaba hice un up graipe pagado me dieron un cuarto sin TV gama no se veía ni Netflix al otro día cambiar de pieza y el colchón cedido. Nunca me respondieron por mis puntos de LATAM el el cual me indicaron en Bookeging que tenía que pedirlo al registrarme muy número LATAM 6.837.416-2.

Descanso y trabajo, lo cubre todo!
Pros:

El trato de todo el personal en general. TODOS bastante amables, sin excepción.

Cons:

Escribí para preguntar si podía hacer early check-in, a través de la plataforma de booking y me respondieron recién cuando ya había regresado a mi país. Me hubiera sido muy útil una pronta respuesta en su momento.

Loved our time in Lima due to the amenities at the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very attentive. My room was in a back corner and so quiet; I slept wonderfully. The location was perfect too....easy taxi ride to all the places I wanted to see. Appreciated the bottled water in the room too.

スーツケースが破損していたのですが、担当の方が丁寧にガムテープを貼って、補修してくださいました。
とても助かりました。ありがとうございました。
また、バスタブがあるのも、日本人としては最高でした。

Cons:

ホテル内に、買い物をするところがないのが、残念でした。
