Pros:

The hotel truly met all our expectations. It looks exactly like it does in the photos, and the service matches the standard you’d hope for from a place of this level. Everything was nice, the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was also easy, as their English was clear and understandable, which isn’t always the case in Peru.

Cons:

Just a couple of small things: the shampoo and conditioner were on the lower‑quality side (surprisingly, even a budget hotel in Cusco had slightly better ones). Another small detail was the laundry service. My friend and I had been traveling for three weeks before arriving in Lima, so I really needed some properly cleaned clothing. The items came back not quite as clean as I expected. My sports T‑shirt still had a noticeable sweat smell, and my hiking pants, although not very dirty, didn’t feel fully fresh either. I understand this may simply be due to different laundry methods or systems. Overall, it wasn’t a major issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning, as I wasn’t able to wear those clothes afterward. Other than these minor points, the hotel is fabulous and the service is good.

Lovely comfortable old school charm in Lima!
Pros:

The hotel is in a most beautiful and quiet place of the city - easy walk to many places in the city. The olive trees are gorgeous. The staff is always smiling and helpful. The breakfast is excellent especially when coupled with the view of the street from my table. The room was so well lit with big windows - helpful to get over jet lags. The coffee in the room was much appreciated.

Escape perfecto para nuestro aniversario sin ir muy lejos de la ciudad.
Pros:

Me gustó que hubo sol y eso que era abril pero pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y también del gimnasio. El desayuno estuvo bueno pero puede mejorar. El servicio impecable. A pesar de estar en pleno corazón de la ciudad de Lima (San Isidro), la ubicación del hotel frente al Olivar brinda mucha paz, excelente vista al Olivar sin el tradicional bullicio y contaminación de smog y ruido. En la noche una caminata por el Olivar nos sirvió para reconectarnos con mi esposa, sólo caminar sin peligro, con una bonita paz y entre árboles con una conversación que así nomás, a veces no la tenemos. Sin salir de la ciudad, nos sentimos como si estuviéramos de viaje.

Cons:

Bueno tuve un percance al salir del hotel una baldosa se cayó en la cochera sobre mi auto, pero la Administración del hotel se hizo responsable y establecieron los mecanismos para evitar suceda con otros clientes. Me brindaron todas las facilidades para arreglar el auto y me alquilaron uno de reemplazo mientras el mío era reparado en un taller A1. Quedó como nuevo, prácticamente y la persona encargada, el Jefe de Seguridad, se portó muy bien, fue amable y considerado.

Not a single thing to get disappointed.

I just love this hotel, stayed 3 times here and the experience is always great!

Location - Simply AMAZING - just opposite to a massively big Olive tree garden spread around 1 km area, you can hear birds chirping 24 hours. You will find peace in every single lane around the hotel.
Many great restaurants at walkable distance.
The best thing is it's super safe to walk around the lanes and the garden even at late evenings.

Staff - very friendly, responsive and always helpful!

Breakfast - one of the best, so many options, prompt service, live counters for omelettes, boiled eggs, sauted vegetables etc.
And the breakfast restaurant is just opposite to olive garden!

Rooms - big enough, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, shower, water pressure - all good.

Pool - on the terrace, clean - only suggestion if they can do cover-up some part as it;s on terrace.

Inhouse restaurant - has many great drinks options, cocktails, and even the food is good. They even can make customized dishes based on your choices of ingredients.

I had a comfortable 3 night stay. The room was quiet and spacious with a spotlessly clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. The location is close to a beautiful park and a 15 minute walk to the coast and the "malecon", but the historic center and tourist attractions are far away and you need a car or taxi.
