Theatre break
Pros:

We were going to the theater and lunch at the 20 stories restaurant so the location was perfect for us , The staff was excellent and they upgraded our room which was really nice

Cons:

Bit of a queue for the tea or coffee it would have helped if just a hot water boiler was available

Location was good

Cons:

Limited parking, no supply of bottled water, had to walk to a water station, carafe in the room had a chip in it, cleaning staff wasn’t very friendly, Raffa on reception was brilliant

Great location for Aviva and a really nice hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I should have asked for a cafetière rather than the machine coffee and I should have asked for a poached egg. Good choice otherwise.
