Room was a large room with several seating options which was usefull as staying for 5 nights.
Nice big bed that was very comfy.
Small windows so not much daylight, better lighting of room would have been beneficial.

Fab location, lovely staff, great breakfast. Room was lovely, great nod to the past with the exposed brick and pillars. Thankful discount for Spinningfields car park, took it from £35 to £20, thank goodness!
Stay was great, very relaxing, the only other feedback I’d give is the wardrobe, one half of the hanging space was unusable due to the drawers and safe. Left little room for clothes and coats, and we were only there 2 nights.
The Hotel was excellent, very clean .The staff were very welcoming and very polite .Rooms were stunning we were upgraded to a river view room which was great . All facilities were there .
Breakfast was very tasty and hot,lots of choice and its a great price too .
Plenty of spaces where you could just chill and relax .
Not enough Milk in the rooms
Everything about the hotel was of a high standard, we would stay there again
The only complaint we had was , there was a strange noise coming ( we think from upstairs) which we likened to a snooker ball being dropped and rolling across the floor , this happened on average every few minutes, we complained to the receptionist and they said they would investigate but nothing happened, this took the shine off what otherwise been a great stay
Great location for the Opera house. The hotel was comfortable, clean and everything we needed was there. The evening meal we had was good.
We thought the breakfast price was a little expensive, so chose to eat elsewhere. We had evening meal the first night, which was good, however there was a 12.5% service charge on top which we do not agree with, any service charge should be added to the prices on the menu. Let’s have it upfront please, then there are no surprises. Needless to say we ate out the second night.

We paid for a extra large room bed was big but no bath , no bottled water, no slippers , no bath robes as per description
Luke warm breakfast both mornings although plenty of choice spoilt by that
