Den förbetalda buffé frukosten höll låg kvslitet. Jag kom ner vid 9 am frukost serveras fram till 11 och mycket av varma utbudet var inte varmt. Äggröran hade blivit grön efter långtid så jag fick säga till, då bytte man ut den mot halvljummen. Inte ok. Bad om glutenfritt bröd, kom inget inom 5 minuter så jag gick. Inte värt köpa buffefrukosten, bättre beställa från menyn. Inte Hilton klass.
Hilton is a great place to stay for convenient access to Newark Airport with shuttle access available. The room was comfortable and clean and staff very friendly. The food at bar also good.

Lovely staff, easy to get to the airport, free shuttle every 20’ and 24h. Convenient for an early flight. Clean room, comfortable beds
There was a buzzing noise in the room that we didn’t know where it comes from. We got there later at night and leave early morning so we didn’t bother to call reception as we were so tired and fall asleep but something to look into it as its not pleasant if you spend time in the room. We were on floor 12th so not sure if it was air conditioning machines outside

The service was very good and very thoughtful from the shuttle driver, women working the reception desk, workers in the breakfast area the following morning. They attempted to make up for deficiencies beyond their control.
The shuttles for hotels at Newark Airport leave far from the arrival gates I had to wait nearly an hour along with other passengers on the sidewalk, despite service request with my reservation. The room was shabby, dingy carpet and curtains. Did not feel clean. Only step in Bathtub for a shower, I did not use it because of concerns of falling. One short grab bar. The toilet was very small and very low, no grab bars or other external support near it. Slow flushing, low water pressure. Lighting in room and bath was bad. No help moving baggage to room, The women at the reception help me bring it down in the morning. I expected more from an airport hotel,}. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was helpful. Hilton unconcerned about quality, not investing in their properties.
