Muy buena
Pros:

La calidad de la habitacion, muy comoda

Cons:

Aunque si esta en las cercanias del aeropuerto, aun asi esta muy retirado. El viaje en el transporte del hotel ida y vuelta fue muy lejos. Ofrecer selecciones de comida hasta mas tarde en la noche.

La navette pour l'aéroport

Cons:

La chambre avait été prépayée. À mon arrivée la réception à charger le montant total de mon séjour apparemment vous n'avez pas l'air j'ai dû discuter pendant deux jours entre booking et pour mon remboursement cela a été très pénible

Incredible
Pros:

The whole place was beautiful! Very clean. My room was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely make Hilton Hotels my go to place when I need to book a room again.

Cons:

The $50 refundable deposi at check in. It makes no sense to me. They already have my card number on file.

Nice hotel but shuttle service is abismal
Pros:

The hotel rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the city.

Cons:

I had a bad experience with the shuttle driver at the pickup P3 stop. I arrived at the stop at 1205. At approximately 12:25 a driver pulled up. I got to the station first while other straggled in on trains after me. I proceeded to get on the shuttle and he would not allow me because I didn’t place a bag in the back. I told him I had been standing there for 20 minutes and he used the excuse so have the other and I informed him they have not because I have been watching who had come and gone. After that interaction he allowed other customers on with bags but not me who had no bags.

I’m hoping it wasn’t racially motivated but it felt like it because I was the only person of color waiting outside. It left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never stay at this hotel again. Hospitality goes from the room, to the front desk staff, to the shuttle drivers. I had to wait outside for over 40 minutes before I finally got to get a ride back to the hotel. That’s unacceptable when I was the only person left behind when that driver left.

Spacious and comfortable bed with reliable shuttle service

Rooms decor could have been brighter
Restaurant overpriced and not a great selection
Better to go to great restaurants in the neighborhood by taking a short uber ride
