Total power failure on second day with little to no accommodation. Power outage starting at 10:00 AM, still not resolved by 10:00 PM. Room over 90° F. Had to check into another hotel, Hilton offered no assistance or compensation to guests.

With respect to.the airport, the location was perfect. We didn't take advantage of the shuttle but it was available every 20 minutes as advertised. The rooms were spacious even with 4 people and 4 suitcases and the breakfast had a lot.of variety. There wasn't anything around so if you're looking for activities know that you will need to drive or find transport but if you're waiting for a flight this is perfect.

Cons:

I felt the price was higher than it should be but we were there in the midst of world cup madness though there wasn't a game being played in the city the days we were there but aside from that, nothing we could complain about!

I I find the Hilton very accommodationing with friendly staff
Pros:

I really like the customer service you received at the front desk for check in. Anthony at the front desk was very kind when we checked in late because our flight was delayed at Newark airport. So we so tired and exhausted and Anthony was so understanding and friendly. Please be sure to keep employees like this. Because of him I plan to go back next month for one of the Giants games at MetLife.

The room was hot, and the other areas were at the correct temperature, no breakfast. We almost fell into the tub because it was so slippery.
