I liked the location and the pool area.

I did not like the dirty room, the walls and door frames were dirty. The staff acted like we were a bother being there as well as in the restaurant/bar upstairs. I also have yet to receive my $50 deposit, only $1.61 was put back on my card (they refused to take a cash deposit) i have called back to discuss this situation 4 times now and the manager is never in and no one else can help me. Poor service, I cruise alot and tend to stay in the same hotel each time. First time in port canaveral and I will not stay here again and I will not recommend it to my cruise friends either.

Cons:

The room was actually filthy. I would not even allow my daughter to use the bathtub it was stained. I have never seen a hotel room this dirty.

We checked out and checked into another hotel within an hour

no lifts, horrible loud and inefficient air conditioning unit. It is the one with the whole unit in the room. It turns on all the time and rattles like an tractor engine.
