Ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente. Vários outros hóspedes também se queixaram. Em um dos dias o quarto ficou sem arrumação e limpeza. A equipe apareceu somente depois de reclamarmos, no final do dia, quando queríamos descansar.

Bon séjour chez Mercure
Pros:

Bonne situation dans Paris, près de Notre Dame. Décor agréable, lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Équipement en bon état. Chambre au calme sur petite rue.

Cons:

Salle de douche très petite. Les double-vitrages des fenêtres pourraient être changés. Conseil : choisir une chambre située sur la petite rue du Sommerard, il y a moins de bruit que dans celles donnant sur la rue St Jacques.

We would definitely return to Mercure on our next trip to Paris.
Pros:

Patrick and the team were outstanding hosts. They looked after our every need with smiles on their faces.

Pricey but great location
Pros:

Location - Excellent for exploring Paris using metro and public transport. Walk to Notre Dame.
Staff - Very helpful, especially with directions and public transport.
Balcony - A must have so the small room didn't feel claustrophobic.

Cons:

Price - Way too expensive for our usual budget, but the location was super.
Room - I had heard the rooms were small, but this was so much smaller than I ever imagined! We managed okay, though.
