A good sized and well equipped room. The Hotel was exceptionally well situated to access most key locations in the City. Executive room on Floor 5 was excellent and proved very useful.
Bar / restaurant prices were a bit higher than I would have expected. The Zircon was not quite adequate (however we understand this was during a particularly hot spell in late June.

Large, grand hotel in a superb location. Our deluxe room on the 4th floor was spacious, with a large bathroom and a view over the city.
The room decor was bland and the bathroom rather dated, but everything worked OK. The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good and there were plenty of sockets and mirrors. The TV had a few (mostly useless) channels in English, but no Netflix etc. (Take an HDMI lead if you want to connect your phone/tablet). The aircon struggled to cope in an exceptional heatwave (39C), but I doubt if any hotel could have done better. Wifi was good.
Breakfast in the large and attractive restaurant area was excellent, with plenty of choice at the buffet, and it was never crowded.
Staff were all smart, friendly and efficient.
We would stay here again.
Great position but value for money is not the best, the building is old and need some maintenance and upgrade
We decided to make a trip to Antwerp for a weekend to see the Live2Live concert, when you pick a Hilton you always have an expectation of a certain standard and in general we couldn't fault the hotel, 1st of all the building itself and the backdrop of the cathedral is beautiful, the staff at reception were excellent and even able to get us in our room 2 hrs early.
We where on the top floor which is the executive rooms, with this you get the use of the executive lounge and terrace which is excellent, the surrounding maze of corridors had recently been upgraded and it was all very clean and tidy.
So what points weren't so good? The room was dated and while clean just felt unloved, esp the bathroom which needs an urgent upgrade, we booked a meal in the resturant which is another low point, service was very poor, we booked a table for 18.15, was told to wait at the bar and someone would come to us, after 30 mins someone took a drinks order and said someone would come to us, 30 mins later we eventually got taken to a table, the positive from this point on is that the food was excellent as was the service.
A note about the weather, it was 38°c all weekend, crazy heat and the corridors just couldn't cope, needs air con, luckily rooms were good but again the restaurant was roasting but it was exceptionally hot so difficult for them to control.
All on all, great hotel, just a few bits to sort.
The room was a very good size, well insulated and very quiet, which made the stay very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was also satisfying, with everything you would expect from a good buffet. The location of the hotel is excellent, making it a very practical choice.
Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly recommend.
Nothing to say.
Friendly staff and great breakfast.
It’s a Hilton. Everything is old.
It’s a memory of a hotel.
Lobby smells and unannounced fire drill.
To exspensive for what it is.
Mooi gebouw, mooi interieur, ligging.
