Please note that the property address is not always recognized by GPS systems. To reach the entrance of the hotel, please introduce Eiermarkt as your final destination. Enter the 'INDIGO' underground public car park with direct access to the hotel through parking level -1.
Please note that when the occupancy in the room is above 2 guests, the 3rd and 4th people will sleep in a rollaway bed. Children younger then 12 years have free breakfast if accompanied by 1 Paying Adult Breakfast for children between 12-17 is €27 per child.

Overpriced rooms in urgent need of renovation
Pros:

A disappointing experience, not what we expected from a luxury brand like Hilton. Our room at the far end of a long corridor with a view of a decaying building across the street looked old and outdated like it hadn't been updated since this hotel opened in 1993 : scratched and chipped furniture, an oxidized standing lamp with a crooked shade that turned on by itself in the middle of the night (!), a sagging mattress, a small shower with a faucet that went from steaming hot to ice cold if you turned the handle one millimeter, etc...
Furthermore I was signed up for the Hilton Honors loyalty program during check-in without mentioning that to me or asking for authorization, which is a clear violation of European data protection laws. By the time I arrived in our room I had already received two e-mails, thanking me for joining Hilton Honors and providing me with an account number and a temporary password. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk later on, she said that this was necessary to have access to "better internet" (?) and to just ignore the e-mails. Over the next weeks I was bombarded almost daily with Hilton Honors advertising e-mails even though I requested my account to be deleted. What took 15 minutes to set up took 6 weeks and a complaint filed with the Hilton Data Protection Office to finally be resolved.
In all the only real positive for this hotel is its location but I'm sure there are better options nearby, certainly for $400+ a night we paid.

Perfect voor citytrip in Antwerpen centrum
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. En de kamer was ruim. Komen zeker terug. Locatie is ook perfect.

Very good choice
Pros:

Its location means that you are never far from any parts of the old medieval town e.g. the cathderal is a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself is a little dated in parts and could do with some tlc in the rooms but nothing major. We had a "deluxe" room which seemed a little better than the standard. The shower was a cubicle with a large step into :( and plenty of space in both the bathroom and room itself. The wifi was fine and the air con kept us cool in this recent heat wave. We'd stay again if in the area.

Voor de lokatie is dit hotel prima.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect, dat is ook de reden van boeking.

Cons:

Badkamer, met name de douche.
Echt belachelijk dat je in een kleine douchebak moet staan, geen handdouche.
Dit kan toch niet voor een Hilton Hotel en bij navraag bleek er maar 1 kamer te zijjn met een inloopdouche!
Een ontbijt voor € 25,00 p.p. is prima maar dat je voor een ander eiergerecht extra moet betalen en ook voor de bubbels slaat helemaal nergens op, zelfs bij de minder dure hotels hoeft dat niet.

Pros:

Местоположение очень удобное. Персонал приветливый и сразу готовы помочь. Кровать была очень удобная и кондиционер хорошо работал

Cons:

Номеру нужен ремонт. Плитка в ванной очень старая и похоже на грибок. Все прям поношенное. Из туалетных принадлежностей нам положили только одну шапочку для душа и пару ушных палочек.

Pros:

Шикарное расположение, в самом сердце старого города. Очень удобно передвигаться пешком , номера просторные . Понравилось что есть коврики в ванной комнате . Завтрак был хороший. Терраса с шикарным видом

Cons:

Не было ватных дисков , ушных палочек и так далее , мебель уже требует реставрации . В целом все хорошо .

Confortable et climatisé, très bien situé, calme et charmant.
Pros:

Tout s'est bien passé. Le personnel était très serviable et aimable. La décoration de l'hôtel semblait un peu datée, mais cela n'a en rien nui au confort ni à la qualité du service.

Booking 1 day before arrival only free cancellation possible. Why would I need that at higher price? Staff took it for granted, did no move.
1 size pillows only, not convenient.
Old fashioned interiors but clean.
