Sehr alte und abgenutzte Ausstattung der Zimmer.
Locatie was top. Spot on in het centrum. Ook het feit dat de parkeergarage meteen in het hotel uitkwam
Executive kamer was ietwat teleurstellend. Outdated en niet erg bijzonder.

Room was large with large bathroom.
The 2 x complimentary bottles of water should be free for all residents. Carpet fluff was coming loose. Payment should be explained clearer, or just take money for the room instead of just holding it and then saying it needs paying on check out. Check in and out could also be quicker.
