Please note that the property address is not always recognized by GPS systems. To reach the entrance of the hotel, please introduce Eiermarkt as your final destination. Enter the 'INDIGO' underground public car park with direct access to the hotel through parking level -1.
Please note that when the occupancy in the room is above 2 guests, the 3rd and 4th people will sleep in a rollaway bed. Children younger then 12 years have free breakfast if accompanied by 1 Paying Adult Breakfast for children between 12-17 is €27 per child.

Zentral gelegen, nichts für Ruhe Suchende.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, man kann während der Besichtigungen zwischendurch mal kurz ins Hotel gehen, und sich frisch machen. Danach kann es weitergehen.

Cons:

Durch die direkte Lage zur Altstadt abends und nachts sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist unmöglich.

The centrality of the location

Cons:

The cleanliness in the room. The toilet smelled of urine, a stenchy smell. The carpet was not vacuumed and the surfaces not wiped.
The aircon did not cool the room despite requests to fix the problem and even ask to have an technician to assist.

Tired hotel with a famous name but nothing special.
Pros:

The room was spacious, obviously very central location, beautiful sculptures in the foye and corridors.

Cons:

There was a strong smell of cigarettes, also very dark, empty fridge - not sure what the cash deposit was for.

De verouderde kamer en vooral de badkamer was erg ouderwets. Gebrekkig Engels sprekend personeel aan de incheckbalie.
